Yes it is a homerun because this means Russia/turkey relations are over and the azeris just xxxx their pants. It means Armenia is more important to Russia then ever before. It also means those Turkmen are gona get arseraped like they do to animals.
    Hayastan or Bust.

Don't see how Armenia is involved since Russian warships are lining up to the West of Turkey/Syria border by land and sea. Home run might not be the best word as a Russian died as a result. But I don't see how this negatively effects Armenia.

"Russian plane flew past the borders of Turkey. Two F-16 flew from Turkey and made an attack. Shot down a plane of the Russian Federation, which flew by. The pilots ejected. Descending by parachute, the pilot was shot from the ground.
Russian ship sent to the border of Turkey and Syria. The ship is armed with missile systems S-300. From
now on, any aircraft threatening the goal of the Russian Federation on
the part of any State to be shot down by missile system S-300. Military contacts with Turkey now, on the initiative of the Russian Federation - discontinued."

Armenia is not about to "become a warzone." If anything, Armenia is now untouchable. In fact, this new situation will even restrain Azerbaijan. In the case of serious hostilities, we are presented with a historic opportunity to liberate our lands with the backing of a superpower. I'm very encouraged by today's developments, and I thought the post I posted yesterday of Turkish supported Turkmen and Russian-backed Syrian forces fighting was good news!!!

"We need to underline the fact that terrorist threats are growing in Turkey," he added.
          More good news:

-Turkey's seaside resorts are among the most popular tourism destinations for Russians; for Turkey, Russia is the source of the second-largest number of tourist arrivals after Germany.

          - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Tuesday advised Russians not to visit Turkey and said the threat of terrorism there was no less than in Egypt, where a bomb attack brought down a Russian passenger plane last month.

          - Russia's tourism agency also recommended the suspension of package holiday sales to Turkey.

          - Turkey, which has visa-free travel with Russia, has become more attractive for Russian tourists after Moscow suspended flights to Egypt. About 4.4 million Russians, including 3.3 million Russian tourists, visited Turkey in 2014.

-In 2014 alone, 4.48 million Russian tourists visited Turkey, bringing in revenue of nearly $4 billion, official figures showed.

The Turks could fly their birds over Armenian airspace and tempt the Russians to shoot. This could lead to another passenger jet being shot down, this time Armenian. They could push the Azeris to escalate situation in Armenia, forcing the Russians to focus somewhere else.

We'll I agree that if Turkish "birds" happen to "accidentally" cross Armenian airspace, they're almost certain to get shot down. I'm even willing to bet they're likely to get shot done flying close by within their borders. But what do you think Turkey is going to do about it? It can't do sheeetttt, expect say "thank you sir, may I have another."

I only pray the Turks are stupid enough to "push the Azeris to escalate situation in Armenia, forcing the Russians to focus somewhere else." That would spell the immediate and quick end of Azergayjan.

They're not acting like this entirely on their own. You know they have the full support of NATO and EU members. Obama/Pentagon just stood by and supported Turkey saying that what the Turks did was entirely justified.

Two Russian pilots have been killed. Let us consider this loss with some real heart , and not crassly rejoice for any perceived geopoliticle advantage this may present to us. Let us mourn with Russia and share the CONTEMT that Russia must feel. This is our opportunity to act like human beings and friends. Not opportunists.
Russia is the only country that can actually stand up against the brutal criminality of west/sood/yahood.

It doesn't matter. The US/West is not going to start WW3 over Turkey; theyre never going to come into direct conflict with Russia. What happened in Georgia? What happened in Crimea/eastern Ukraine? When Russia does retaliate against Turkey, the West is not going to do sheet about it, either. That's the bottom line.
