As long as turc border is open, rebels have opportunity for reinforcement whether it be manpower or supplies.
Syrian army does not share same advantage. Syrian army/allies is scraping for manpower.
The turc connection is the primary catalyst to rebel success.
An incirclement and destruction CANNOT be permitted.
My opinion, terrorist cannot be allowed this.
Syria is short of men.
The rebels keep getting resupplied.
Only Russia has saved the day so far.
Syrians that are left and their allies are fighting valiantly. But without that "one extra piece" --- STOP TURC--- from resupplying TERRORISTS, it's an ongoing chaos.
I have no idea how they are going to address that gap. Syria's last move shows the criticle disparity.
All I can see is ... Stop the inflow of ALL terrorist resources.

Տարածաշրջանում մեծ աղմուկ է բարձրացրել ամերիկյան Frontera Resources ընկերության հայտարարությունը Վրաստանի Հարավային Կախեթի շրջանում 5,3 տրիլիոն խմ գազի պաշարների առկայության մասին: Իրանի գազի պաշարներն օրինակ գնահատվում են 34 տրիլիոն խմ: Ըստ Բրիտանական BP ընկերության, դա խոշորագույն ծավալն է աշխարհում, թեեւ ռուսական Գազպրոմն օրինակ իր պաշարները գնահատում է 36 տրիլիոն խմ:

Բոլոր դեպքերում, 5,3 տրիլիոնը Վրաստանի համար շոշափելի թիվ է, բայց իրակա՞ն է դա արդյոք: Ամերիկյան ընկերությունը խոսում է այն մասին, որ առաջիկա տասնամյակում հնարավոր է արդյունահանել վրացական գազը եւ արտահանել Թուրքիա կամ Ուկրիանա: Ի դեպ, Ուկրաինայի հետ ամերիկյան ընկերությունն անգամ հուշագիր ունի կնքած:

Բայց, այստեղ իհարկե խնդիրը ոչ միայն արդյունահանումն է, այլ նաեւ տեղափոխումը: Ամերիկյան ընկերությունը դիտարկում է սեղմած տարբերակը: Կա նաեւ խողովակաշարի տարբերակը: Թե որը կլինի առավել էժան, դեռ պարզ չէ: Միաժամանակ, ընդհանրապես պարզ չէ, թե արդյոք 5,3 տրիլիոնի պարագայում արդյունահանման եւ տեղափոխման ինչ ներդրումներն են հիմնավոր, եւ հիմնավոր կարող են լինել արդյոք ընդհանրապես:

Բայց, այդ բոլոր հարցերից առաջ ամենագլխավոր հարցն այն է, թե ընդհանրապես կա այդ ծավալի գազ Հարավային Կախեթիայում, թե ոչ: Մասնագետներն այդ տեսանկյունից ունեն տարբեր կարծիքներ:

Մեծ հաշվով, չի բացառվում, որ ամերիկյան ընկերության հայտարարությունը ավելի շատ ունի Վրաստանին ներկայիս բարդ գազային բանակցություններում աջակցելու մարտավարական նպատակ: Վրաստանը ներկայում իր գազամատակարարման համար բանակցում է Գազպրոմի հետ, բանակցություն է առկա նաեւ Իրանի հետ՝ Գազպրոմի ներգրավմամբ, որպեսզի Հայաստանի միջոցով փոխանակման տարբերակով Իրանը գազ մատակարարի Վրաստան: Առկա է նաեւ ադրբեջանական Սոկարի խնդիրը, որը ներկայում Վրաստանի հիմնական գազամատակարարն է, բայց որի պայմանները Թբիլիսիին այժմ այդքան էլ ձեռնտու չեն: Դրան զուգահեռ, Վրաստանը հայտարարել է, որ Գազպրոմը պահանջում է Հայաստան տարանցման համար վճարել փող, ոչ թե Վրաստանին հատկացնել տարանցվող գազի 10 տոկոսը:

Դրան ավելացել է նաեւ այն, որ Վրաստանում հայտնի դարձավ գազամատակարարման համակարգում նախկին նախագահ Միխայիլ Սահակաշվիլիի տնտեսական շահի մասին: Վրաստանում տեղեկություններ հրապարակվեցին, որ Սահակաշվիլիի կինը՝ Սանդրա Ռուլոֆսը հանդիսանում է ադրբեջանական գազը ներկրող ընկերության 49 տոկոսի սեփականատեր: Չի բացառվում, որ Վրաստանի ներկայիս իշխանությունը փորձում է վերանայել գազային «ստատուս-քվոն» նաեւ այդ պատճառով:

Իրավիճակն ընդհանրապես բավական անորոշ, եւ մթնոլորտը զգալիորեն խորհրդապահական է: Եվ այդ մթնոլորտին լիովին համահունչ է ամերիկյան ընկերության հայտարարությունն այն մասին, որ Հարավային Կախեթիում կա գազի 5,3 տրիլիոն խմ պաշար: Ավելի վաղ նույն ընկերությունը այդ պաշարը գնահատել էր 3 տրիլիոնից մի քիչ ավելի:

Արդյոք այդ պաշարի մասին հայտարարությունը գազային բանակցություններում ամերիկյան շտապօգնություն է Վրաստանին, թե՞ ընդհանրապես ամերիկյան կողմը փորձում է այդպիսով ինքն էլ ներգրավվել գազային գործընթացում եւ դրանում ունենալ իր ազդեցությունը, քանի որ այդ գործընթացը կարող է էական վերանայումների բերել ոչ միայն Վրաստանի, այլ նաեւ ամբողջ տարածաշրջանի համար:

Այդ համատեքստում հետաքրքիր է հիշել, որ տարիներ առաջ, դեռեւս Տիգրան Սարգսյանի վարչապետության ժամանակաշրջանում՝ 2012 թվականին, Հայաստանի կառավարությունը սահմանեց Հայաստանում նավթի ու գազի որոնման աշխատանքի կարգը: Այդ որոշումն իսկապես հետաքրքիր էր, հատկապես այն պարագայում, որ դա կայացվեց դրանից օրեր առաջ Հայաստանում հայ-ամերիկյան տնտեսական գործակցության միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի Երեւանում տեղի ունեցած նիստից օրեր անց:

Այդ նիստում Հայաստանն ու ԱՄՆ ստորագրեցին էներգետիկ ոլորտում գործակցության հուշագիր, որը ենթադրում էր նաեւ էներգիայի այլընտրանքային աղբյուրների խնդիրը: Եվ ահա դրանից օրեր անց կառավարության որոշումով նավի ու գազի առկայություն ուսումնասիրելու կարգի վերաբերյալ որոշումը իսկապես ուշագրավ էր, նկատի ունենալով այն, որ այլընտրանքային էներգետիկայի ոլորտը ներառում է նաեւ թերթաքարային նավթի եւ գազի արդյունահանումը, որի տեխնոլոգիական առաջատարն ԱՄՆ-ն է:

Այդ որոշումից ամիսներ անց՝ արդեն 2013 թվականին տեղեկություն տարածվեց, որ ամերիկյան մասնագետները ուսումնասիրել են Հայաստանում թերթաքարային գազի պաշարները: Թե ինչ է պարզվել ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում, ինչ եզրակացություն ու հեռանկարներ կան, կարծես թե դեռ չի հրապարակվել:
Արդյոք այստեղ էլ կարող են լինել որոշակի անակնկալներ:

Միեւնույն ժամանակ, դա կնշանակի նաեւ մարտահրավերներ, թե բնապահպանական, եւ թե նաեւ կոռուպցիոն, նկատի ունենալով այն, թե հայկական «էլիտան» իրեն բնորոշ ագահությամբ ինչպես կխժռի որեւէ էներգակրի պաշար, ինչպես որ խժռել է հանրային բոլոր այլ պաշարները: Թեեւ, այստեղ իրավիճակը այդ առումով մի քիչ բարդ կլինի, որովհետեւ դա առնվազն կպահանջի արդիական տեխնոլոգիա, որը խժռող «էլիտաներին» հասու չէ:

Բոլոր դեպքերում, հետաքրքիր է, թե արդյոք Վրաստանում գազի պաշարների վերաբերյալ անակնկալ հայտարարությունը շարունակություն կունենա Հայաստանի ուղղությամբ:

Developments on the Turkish-Syrian border give serious grounds to suspect that Ankara is planning a military invasion in Syria, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
“We have serious grounds to suspect intensive preparations by Turkey for a military invasion on the territory of the sovereign state of Syria,” Major General Igor Konashenkov, Defense Ministry spokesman, told journalists.

“We are recording more and more signs of concealed preparations by the Turkish military,” he added.

The spokesman reminded that Moscow had previously provided the international community with irrefutable video evidence of Turkish artillery firing on Syrian populated areas in the north of Latakia Province.........

I can't see what Syrian or russian response is though.
This is why Syria has fared so badly and lost so many fighters. Fresh supply of opposing fighters from the hominoid (turc) side.

Just read when Syrian army & allies broke siege of two important towns, the pro Syrian combatants trapped inside these besieged towns hooked up with Syrian army.
Also read the towns population was approx 60,000.
Hizbola purportedly has video of jubilant Syrians of these two Shia towns hugging the Syrian forces.
That means at least a few more battle worthy troops for Syria .
The Syrian army + allies + Russia, can see this comming.
As I said before, when you "close in" on murderers, they become more frantic. The turc build up & the grey wolfies are "frantic" moves . I expect the intensity to rise. It may look like a powerful counter move by the terrorist supporting turcees and their terrorist proxies, but what we're actually seeing is the SQUIRMING of these rats as the get cornered.
Still can't see Syria/Russia response to full fledged turc armored intervention. But, Syria/Russia can see it comming, so ...
