The two face turks have played their game correctly with timing.
While all the world powers are arguing on Assad’s regime, they weaseled all sides and got one part of what they wanted.
Russia should find a way to entice turks and shekelists go at each other. That will alienate turks with NATO and keeps the shekelists preoccupied with their conflict, instead of obsessing with Iran and creating conflicts all over the ME. Things do not look too good.

And I do not worry turks taking part of Syria. That will only enlarge the friction between turkey and Syria/Russia and Iran soon or later.
US probably still thinks that oh well, it’s still a NATO country occupying Syrian soil (what about if it’s intentional?)
But soon or later turkey has to show its NATO worth by opposing Syria/Russia more stronger.

But this is just a prelude in game, because both, Russia vs west and Iran vs west/Israel/SA conflict is getting hotter.
It will be very hard for Turks to not get pounded by any one side if it miscalculates it’s chances.

In these kind of games, the anglosaxons are much more scinically machiavelic, than primitive asian machos, like the turks, arabs, or even russians....

In immediate impression, Russia was clear winner, and the West was flatly loosing...

Yet it turns out that Russia had at the end of the day gained virtually nothing in Georgia apart the micro districts og Akhalgori and Tamarashen in Ossetia, and the Kodor gorge in Abkhazia....
But lost the main game: Georgia for good.

Same for Khrim and Donbass...
It kept at the end of the day what was anyway russian Khrim, and lost 75% of Eastern Ukraina, that was previously ruusophile... for a bunch of industrial ruins...
Yet it lost the game, that is Ukraina itself, for good...
Plus they ended in a virtual pariah status, "rightfully" under international boycott....

So let the Turks as deep as they can in southern Kurdistan...
For that they need to win easily first.
It will make the end neerer.

I only hope that we will not be run over by fighting bulls like before.
And, I have to agree, Russia has lost Ukraine forever.
It’s true that communist’s harsh treatment of Ukrainians has sawn deep seeds of hatred. But also russian tactic of attaching as much territories of Russian ethnic areas to Ukraine as possible, in hopes of diluting and assimilating western Ukrainians has backfired badly. Now large traditional Russian territories have gone with Ukrainia.

Not to mention making the new azeri gas pipeline useless while they built their own in the Black Sea to turkey. It is all geopolitics games. As far Ukraine every winter they freeze their azzes along with Germany. It sure helped the Ukrainians contracting the Sorosit virus. Մարտի 27-28-ին Ժնեւում սպասվում է ռուս-վրացական բանակցություն, որին կմասնակցեն նաեւ Միացյալ Նահանգների, Հարավային Օսիայի, Աբխազիայի, եվրոպական կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներ: Լայնաֆորմատ այդ բանակցությունը առնչվելու է քաղաքական հակամարտությանը, որ կա Ռուսաստանի, Վրաստանի, չճանաչված երկու հանրապետությունների միջեւ:



Ժնեւի բանակցությունից առաջ Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունը կարգավորելու հարցում առաջընթացի պատրաստակամություն էր հայտնել Վրաստանի վարչապետը: Այդուհանդերձ, փորձագետները մեծ չեն գնահատում Ժնեւում որեւէ ճեղքման շանսը, համարելով, որ անգամ հակամարտությունների գործընթացում ուժի կիրառումը բացառելու մասին փաստաթուղթ ընդունելու դեպքում էլ այն կկրի խորհրդանշական բնույթ:



Այդուհանդերձ, ինքնին լայնաֆորմատ բանակցության փաստն արդեն իսկ որոշակի իրավիճակ է, ընդ որում կողմերի վարքագծի տեսանկյունից առավել համարժեք, քան օրինակ Ադրբեջանի վարքագիծը արցախյան խնդրում:



Վրաստանը չի ճանաչում Աբխազիան եւ Հարավային Օսիան ու համարում է իր տարածքը օկուպացված, սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ Թբիլիսին պրագմատիկ ելնում է առկա իրողություններից եւ փորձում գտնել կայուն եւ անվտանգ ապագայի ձեւաչափեր: Խոշոր հաշվով, պաշտոնական Թբիլիսիի վարքագիծը միանգամայն ռացիոնալ է եւ բխում է վրացական պետականության շահից, այն իմաստով, որ ավելորդ ռազմա-հայրենասիրականությունը Վրաստանին ամենեւին չի օգնելու հաղթահարել Ռուսաստանին, փոխարենը կարող է ավելացնել խնդիրներ, որոնք լուրջ հարված կլինեն վրացական պետականությանը: Իսկ այդ պետականությունը կայուն եւ հիմնարար փուլ է մտել Վարդերի հեղափոխությունից սկսած, եւ ներկայում Վրաստանի առաջ կան իսկապես կարեւոր խնդիրներ, ինչի համար խիստ անհրաժեշտ է ճանաչել իրողություններն ու ապահովել կայունությունը եւ անվտանգությունը:



Ադրբեջանի պարագայում լիովին բացակայում է իրողությունները ճանաչելու եւ դրանք հաշվի առնելու ցանկությունն ու մտադրությունը: Այստեղ իհարկե կա մի հիմնարար խնդիր: Ի վերջո, եթե Ադրբեջանի դիմացն էլ լինել Ռուսաստանը, ինչպես Վրաստանի դեպքում, այսինքն Մոսկվան լիներ հակամարտության դե յուրե կամ դե ֆակտո հակառակ կողմը, ապա կասկած չկա, որ Բաքուն էլ ստիպված կլիներ հաշվի նստել իրողությունների հետ եւ չգնալ ավելորդ արկածախնդրության:



Բաքուն իրողությունների հետ չի հաշտվում եւ հաշվի չի նստում, քանի որ վստահ է, որ Հայաստանը ոչ միայն ուժեղ չէ իրենից, այլ նույնիսկ թույլ է եւ ավելի թուլացող: Ադրբեջանի այդ համոզումն ինչքանով է իրատեսական, այլ հարց է, բայց այն կա: Խոսքը ռազմական հավասարակշռության մասին չէ, այլ ընդհանրապես պետական ներուժի: Բաքուն համարում է, որ եթե այսօր չի կարողանում հաղթահարել հայկական զինուժի դիմադրությունը, ապա վաղը Հայաստանի զինուժը «կպարտվի» Հայաստանի պետական կառավարման անարդյունավետությանն ու թուլացող պետականությանը:



Ալիեւը բաց տեքստով է արտահայտվում այդ մասին եւ ըստ այդմ չի տեսնում իրողությունների՝ այն է Արցախի սուբյեկտության եւ անկախության հետ հաշտվելու անհրաժեշտություն, նա ստիպված չէ անել այդ բանն ու չի անում:



Անշուշտ դժվար է պատկերացնել, որ Հայաստանը տեսանելի ապագայում կարող է պետականության տնտեսական եւ ռազմա-քաղաքական ներուժի մասով Ադրբեջանի հանդեպ ձեռք բերել այնպիսի առավելություն, ինչպիսին ունի ասենք Ռուսաստանը Վրաստանի հանդեպ:



Մյուս կողմից, ներկայում աշխարհակարգի վերաձեւավորման լայն գործընթացում նկատելի է ուժային կենտրոնների որոշակի հակում կամ աստիճանական միտում դեպի մի շարք իրողությունների պրագմատիկ գնահատում եւ դրանց ճանաչման վրա հիմնված հետագա գործընթացների շուրջ մրցակցություն, ոչ թե մրցակցություն այդ իրողությունները փոխելու համար:



Կովկասի հակամարտությունները կարծես թե դիտարկվում են այդ համատեքստում: Աշխարհքաղաքական մրցակցությունն այս դեպքում ոչ թե իրողությունները փոխելու, նոր իրողություն, նոր ստատուս-քվո ձեւավորելու ուղղությամբ է, այլ առկա ստատուս-քվոյում դերակատարման, հարաբերությունների եւ խաղի կանոնների մշակման: Վրաց-ռուսական հակամարտության մասով այդ գործընթացն առկա է, եւ այստեղ իհարկե Հայաստանի համար կա երկու կարեւոր հանգամանք: Նախ, կայունությունը վրաց-ռուսական հարաբերության տիրույթում Հայաստանի համար կարեւոր է մի շարք հանգամանքներից ելնելով, մյուս կողմից՝ հարաբերության կարգավորման այդ տրենդն էլ որպես թեկուզ անուղղակի նախադեպ կարեւոր է արցախյան խնդրում տեսական կիրառելիության մասով:



Առավել եւս, որ այստեղ նույնպես կա որոշակի փոխհամաձայնություն ուժային կենտրոնների մասով՝ մրցակություն ոչ թե ստատուս-քվոն փոխելու, այլ ստատուս-քվոյում դերակատարություն ունենալու շուրջ: Խնդիրը տվյալ դեպքում այն է, որ հակամարտության սուբյեկտների միջեւ ներուժի եւ կարողությունների տարբերությունն այնպիսին չէ, որ Ադրբեջանը ստիպված լինի գործնականում ներգրավվել իրողությունների ճանաչման գործընթացին: Բաքուն դրանում ներկայում պասիվ ներգրավման մեջ է, ակնկալիքով, որ հարկ չի լինի անցնել ակտիվ ռեժիմի, որովհետեւ Հայաստանը կթուլանա:



Այստեղ է, որ Հայաստանի համար ռեգիոնալ եւ աշխարհքաղաքական միջավայրը դասավորվել է կարծես թե բավական շահեկան տրենդների եւ վեկտորների առկայությամբ, եւ միակ խնդիրը, որ կա, այդ պայմաններում արդյունավետ կառավարման հասնելն է՝ Ադրբեջանին իրողությունների հետ հաշտվելու առնվազն պասիվ ռեժիմում պահելու, իսկ ուժային կենտրոններին էլ ոչ թե ստատուս-քվոն փոխելու, այլ ստատուս-քվոյի պայմաններում դիրքային եւ դերային մրցակցության ռեժիմում պահելու համար:



Ընդ որում, հարկ չի լինի այդ կենտրոններին տվյալ ռեժիմում պահել անվերջ, քանի որ ինչ որ պահի այն անխուսափելիորեն բերելու է արդեն իրողությունների միջազգային իրավունքի ուժով ճանաչման:



Հայաստանից պահանջվում է ընդամենը պետականության որակի էական փոփոխության շնորհիվ պահել այդ տրենդը եւ թույլ չտալ դինամիկայի անկում, որովհետեւ այժմ շատ բան կախված է նրանից, թե որպես ժամանակակից պետություն ինչ կարող է իրենից ներկայացնել Հայաստանը:
