Those ungrateful bastards. The government gives them a little and they want the whole world. Just come to show that the government should not have made those concession to them, ungrateful people never learn. How much anti-Armenian can LTP get? He tried to sell Karabakh and now he tries his best to divide Armenia from within. An Azeri agent couldn't do as good of a job.
BREAKING: Armenian opposition declares 24/7 rally in Yerevan
September 30, 2011 | 20:04
YEREVAN. – Oppositional Armenian National Congress (ANC) declared the beginning of 7 days/24-hours rally, Armenian former President Levon Ter-Petrosyan stated at the ANC rally in the Liberty Square on Friday.
According to him, unpreparedness of authorities to compromise made ANC suspend the political dialogue with the coalition.
“We had to do it. Authorities account for people’s voice when they face their decisiveness and readiness to struggle for their rights. Thus, we have nothing but to shift for this type of protest actions. I mean demonstrations, motions, and sit-on-strikes. You are to choose,” Ter-Petrosyan stated.
After consulting with the ANC representatives, they took a break and Levon Ter-Petrosyan declared the beginning of a whole day demonstrations for a week. ANC puts the same demands that were touched upon at the last rally. The first demand is snap parliamentary and presidential elections till the end of the year. The second is making amendments in the Elective Code before the elections, including ANC offers. Accused on March 1, 2008 tragic events should be punished and political prisoners released, the demands follow, Ter-Petrosyan concluded.
