Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

    Ցանկացած պետություն, որն զբաղվում է Ադրբեջանին սպառազինության մատակարարմամբ, քաջ գիտակցում է, որ դա ուղղված է հայերի դեմ: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Շաքարյանցը` անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի ֆինանսների նախարար Սամիր Սարիֆովի հայտարարությանը, ըստ որի` Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները որոշում են կայացրել 2015 թվականին ավելացնել երկրի ռազմական բյուջեն՝ ներկայիս 3,8 միլիարդ դոլարից հասցնելով 4,8 միլիարդ դոլարի:


    Մեր դիտարկմանը՝ թեև Հայաստանում շատերը հայտարարում էին, որ Ադրբեջանի ռազմական տեխնիկայի ձեռքբերումն ուղղված չէ Հայաստանի դեմ, սակայն այս անգամ հայտարարվել է, որ բյուջեի ավելացումը կապված է «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Հայաստանի գործողությունների հետ», Սերգեյ Շաքարյանցն ասաց. «Երբ արևմտամետները հայտարարում էին, որ Իսրայելից, Ամերիկայից օգնությունները Իրանի դեմ են, դա սուտ էր, քանի որ նույն ԱՄՆ-ն և Իսրայելը շատ լավ գիտակցում էին, որ դա առաջնահերթ օգտագործվելու է Ղարաբաղի դեմ: Նույնն էլ վերաբերում է Ռուսաստանին»:

    Անդրադառնալով ՀԱՊԿ-ի դերակատարությանը` քաղաքագետն ասաց. «Ադրբեջանին զենք վաճառելու առումով մենք իրավունք ունենք բացատրություններ պահանջել բոլոր այն երկրներից, որոնք Հայաստանի հետ մտնում են ՀԱՊԿ ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքի մեջ»:

    Սերգեյ Շաքարյանցն ասաց, որ եթե ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրները այդ առևտրից հրաժարվելը հնարավոր չհամարեն, ապա պետք է ավելի արտոնյալ գներով, նույնիսկ՝ անվճար սպառազինություն տրամադրեն հայկական կողմին և համալրեն մեր պաշարները:

    «Բացի այդ՝ մենք Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրներից` ԱՄՆ-ից, Ֆրանսիայից և Ռուսաստանից կարող ենք պահանջել, որ նրանք չօժանդակեն Ադրբեջանին, քանի որ ունեն պարտավորություն` հակամարտության գոտում ոչ մի կողմին չուժեղացնել ռազմական առումով»,-ասաց նա:

      Հայաստանն առայժմ շարունակելու է դիվանագիտական ճանապարհով լուծում տալ ադրբեջանցիների խոցած ուղղաթիռի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակին, սակայն «այլ տարբերակները միշտ էլ ուժի մեջ են», այսօր Եռաբլուրում լրագրողներին ասաց պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը:

      Ուղղաթիռի անկման վայր նոյեմբերի 18-ին փորձել էր այցելել ԵԱՀԿ-ի գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպշիկը, սակայն՝ ապարդյուն։ Ըստ Կասպշիկի՝ ադրբեջանական կողմը դիտորդներին արգելել է մոտենալ դեպքի վայրին։

      Հարցին՝ ի՞նչ է պատրաստվում անել Հայաստանն այն բանից հետո, երբ Կասպշիկին արգելվել է այցելել ուղղաթիռի անկման վայր, նախարար Օհանյանը պատասխանեց.- «Այսօր մենք մեր ջանքերը ուղղել ենք դիվանագիտական ճանապարհով հարցը լուծելուն, որովհետև կարծում ենք, որ մեր հարևանները կհասկանան, որ ի վերջո միջազգային մարդասիրական նորմերի համաձայն պետք է թույլատրվի՝ թեկուզ ուղղաթիռի ընկած վայրի, կամ եթե թեկուզ մարտական գործողությունների վայր էլ լինի, գործողություններից հետո այդ վայրի ուսումնասիրումը և այնտեղ մնացած աճյունների ուսումնասիրումը և տեղափոխումը»։

      «Այլ տարբերակները ուժի մեջ միշտ էլ կան, բայց առայժմ մեր ջանքերը ուղղված են դիվանագիտական ճանապարհով հարցի լուծմանը», - նշեց նախարարը։

      ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները խորը մտահոգություն են հայտնել, որ «ադրբեջանական ուժերի կողմից կործանված ռազմական ուղղաթիռի անկման վայր այցելելու համար մարդասիրական միջանցք չի ստեղծվել»։ Համատեղ հայտարարությունում համանախագահները միաժամանակ հորդորել են «Ադրբեջանին հնարավորություն տալ մոտենալ ուղղաթիռի անձնակազմին»:

      «Կարծում եմ, որ մեր կատարած դիվանագիտական աշխատանքը, հանդիպումները ԵԱՀԿ-ի Մինսկի խմբի անդամների, Անջեյ Կասպշիկի, Կարմիր Խաչի հետ տվեցին իրենց արդյունքը, որ նախարարները կոնկրետ հայտարարություն արեցին և հորդորեցին Ադրբեջանին, որպեսզի թույլ տա, և Հայաստանին էլ, որպեսզի աջակցի, կարողանան դեպքի վայր մեկնել, ականազերծման աշխատանքներ կատարել և գտնել աճյունները»,- ասաց Օհանյանը։

      Օհանյանի խոսքով, ակնհայտ է, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը նախօրոք առաջադրանք է ունեցել խոցել ուղղաթիռը.- «Ուղղաթիռի անձնակազմը ուսումնավարժական թռիչքներ կատարելու ժամանակ է խոցվել և մեր տարածքում։ Կարծում եմ, որ սա բոլոր տիպի նորմերի խախտում է։ Անկասկած զորավարժությունների ընթացքում իրենք մարտական պատրաստականությունը բարձրացնում են, և ինձ թվում է՝ նախօրոք էր ցուցում տրված, որպեսզի խոցեն»։

      Նախարարը տեղեկացրեց, որ հանդիպել է ուղղաթիռի անձնակազմի հարազատների հետ։

      «Առաջին իսկ օրվանից օդաչուների ընտանիքների անդամների հետ համապատասխան աշխատանք է կատարվել, հանրապետության նախագահի հետ մենք գտնվել ենք Արցախում, ընտանիքի անդամներին այցելել են նախարարի առաջին տեղակալը, գլխավոր շտաբի պետի առաջին տեղակալը և մնացած տեղակալները։ Հայրերին ես անձամբ երեկ եմ ընդունել և նրանց հետ համապատասխան աշխատանք կատարել, համբերություն ցանկացել և նաև հորդորել, որպեսզի համբերեն, մինչև դիվանագիտական ճանապարհով մենք կարողանանք հարցը լուծել»,- ասաց Օհանյանը։

      Դիտարկմանը, թե Ադրբեջանից առաջարկներ են հնչում փոխանակել ուղղաթիռի անձնակազմը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում այս ամռանը կալանավորված ադրբեջանցիների հետ, Օհանյանը արձագանքեց.- «Կարծում եմ, որ այդ հարցը պետք է ուղղել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության ղեկավարությանը, և կարծում եմ, որ բոլորիս համար ակնհայտ է, որ այդ դիվերսանտները հանցագործություն են կատարել և պետք է պատասխան տան»։

        Normally death penalty is abandoned in Armenia and NKR , except in case of war.
        Does anybody know if these 2 murderers do fall under wartime death penalty ? Or should we feed them until they decide to die?

          There are already whispers about exchanging with the dead pilots, RIP.
          I hope it will never occur.

          Think they should stay in custody to show Karabagh is legal entity.
          On the other hand they will be objects for exchange for any Azeri misbehaviour.

          Its about self interest at personal and national level often at odds with the above.
          Great politicians pursue the National interest and small politicians personal interests

            But that was not my qestion.

            On a PURELY LEGAL ground, do those bastards risk death penalty according war times law, or will they be judged as common peacetime criminals, and avoid it?

              They were conducting military operations so I say they should be prosecuted as civilians in court given life, and then a military inquiry will come up with enemy combatant and can put them on the firing line.

                They are not military, and they were not conducting military operations. They were trespassers, who held a grudge and decided to murder 2 people and attempt to murder another. They are being processed as criminals in a civilian court, and no such "firing line" will take place. They are no different than a foreign citizen who commits a crime on Armenian soil. They were not part of the Azeri military, thats obvious. They may have connections, but that does not justify putting civilians/criminals in front of a military court. Azerbaijan can cry hostage all it wants, killing them will make us no better than the Azeri government. They deserve to be thrown in jail for the rest of their lives, and brought up again whenever Azerbaijan wants to run its propaganda. They will serve as a reminder to regional powers that this is how Azerbaijani nationalists behave. They murder based off emotions.

                  Firing line was just expression......the question was can they be put to death on "war time laws" and I think it is possible.

                    They murdered two, and put a third into critical condition. They definitely can never be let go in exchange for innocent civilians or other things such as the crash victims, that we deserve to get back regardless.

                    I think they should be kept alive and given life in prison for two reasons: (1) it demonstrates the rule of law in Artsakh and the respect for basic human rights (2) they can be traded for actual assets such as if military officers are caught in Azerbaijan's territory.

                    All of this is based on the assumption that they are simple civilians. If they are military I would think execution is your only option. How would civilians gain access to assault rifles? Also how did regular civilians manage to get past the front lines?

                      The options are either they rot in prison or rot six feet under.
                      Exchange is excluded under any circumstance.


                      Whether we like it or not we must treat these bastards as political assets and they should be treated for maximum advantage and impact.

                      Firing squad will not give us any political dividends.
                      In the heat of war it may be different.

                      Even North Korea would think twice or even three times before carrying such an act.
