Today, Russian ambassador said that "Russia is liable for that."

Your timeserving is in vain and Turkey is Russia's one of the best trading friend.
And Russia and Turkey will remain trading partners even if BTC is destroyed, which very well may happen. The Turks would not be able to do anything about it. It is obvious that the Russians have attempted to or are in the process of destroying it. At the very least, the pumping stations could also be destroyed. We'll wait and see.

The Russians want to be able to control all the pipelines and have them run through their territory, BTC obviously does not and this has angered the Russians for years.

Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia can always collect on their political risk insurance policies if/when it does happen.

Anyway, after all is said and done, you can be assured that revenue/output produced by this pipeline (which gives less than 1% of the worlds oil ) will be greatly reduced.
Azerbaijan will find it very difficult buy spare parts for all the useless military hardware it has puchased over the years because of that.

...oh, and that railroad that supposed to be built from Azerbabaoonistan to Western Armenia...I don't think that's going to happen.

Btw, what the hell is "timeserving"?
Not to mention that both the new railroad and the pipeline pass through Javakh. Although the Armenians there are remaining cautious at the moment, after the Georgian military is destroyed {which IS happening as I write this} there will be no security apparatus left to effectively to stop them. The US, British, Turkish, Israeli, Ukrainian advisors will be gone if they are not cleared out already.

Russia doesn't destroy BTC. Turk-Russian relations are good. And Russia doesn't want to lose its trade partner.

Like I said, regardless of what happens, Russia and Turkey will continue to trade because it makes sense for them to do so. When/if the pipeline is destroyed life will move on. Turkey will do nothing against Russia, especially now.

            Ok, Lets wait and see.

But in Turkey everything goes in favor of Russia. In future, Turkey might change its politics with a civil insurrection in a caos. It will be happen certainly when we get rid of AK Party government.(President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is a Georgian)

Government is partisan of west(US) but civil people predominatly partisan of Russia. Turkish people hate United States 90% and 57% don't want to join EU %20 is neutral about EU.

                  I prefer Russia.

Also in 1955 to 1980 all kemalists protested to government about its politics(near US) and military coup came 4 times.
More than 5.000 people died. Still Kemalists Turks(Also secular Turks) are against to US and Zionism.

United States made up a model " Moderate Islam " and Ak party represents it.

Religion is effective like opium for all people, so Ak party wins elections.

So Armenian, why are Javakhk Armenians not taking advantage of this opportunity to create a 3rd front while Russian backup is guaranteed?

When do they think will be a better time to liberate Javakhk?

So are you a Kemalist yourself?

The impression I get from the leadership of most Kemalists/secular Turks (especially the generals in charge of the coups) is that they are pro-US and especially pro-Israel. The Islamists are generally the ones that are anti-US and anti-Israel.
