ARF Supreme Congress Vows to Strengthen Armenia Organization

YEREVAN (Yerkir)-The 14th Armenian Revolutionary Federation Supreme
Congress of Armenia concluded Sunday in Vanadzor with the party
emerging with the conviction to strengthen the its Armenia organization
with new vigor and new blood.

The Congress, which began Friday meticulously examined and discussed
the Supreme Council's activities and approved resolutions for future
activities.

On the political front, the Supreme Congress assessed the party's
decision to enter the governing coalition and found the decision to be
sound, adding however, that the party's participation in the coalition
is contingent on political reforms, deepening of democratic norms,
fighting against corruption and reforms in the socio-economic sphere.

The Congress also reaffirmed the party's commitment to the just and
pro-Armenians resolution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

In discussing the events of March 1 and 2, the Congress urged the
special parliamentary to fully investigate the tragic events and make a
full disclosure in order to satisfy public expectations.

The Congress also decided that the ARF in Armenia should also strive
for the improvement of the domestic atmosphere and encourage
constructive dialogue between political forces.

The Congress once again reinforced and reiterated the ARF's position
that the veracity and fact of the Armenian Genocide should not be
called into question, adding that Turkey's pre-conditions for
normalizing relations between Armenia and Turkey were unacceptable.

At the conclusion of the Congress a new 15-person Supreme Council of
Armenia was elected. At its plenary session, Armen Rustamian was
elected chairman.

Ինչպես ,հայկականե կրթություն ստացած մեծամասնությանը, այնպես էլ ինձ մեծացրել են ,հայրենասերե շուն շան որդի ֆաշիստ լինելու համար։ Այդ պատճառով է, որ մի ակնթարթում ճանաչում եմ ուրիշ շուն շան որդուն - բավարար է հիշեմ երիտասարդ ու գլուխս լվացած տարիներս։ Հիմա գիտեմ, որ յուրաքանչյուր ցեղ ունի շովինիստ ֆանատիկների իր մասը, որովհետև յուրաքանչյուր ազգ իր տրամադրության տակ ունի երիտասարդ, անփորձ ուղեղներ, որոնց քննադատական բջիջները դեռ չեն զարթնել ու մեծանալուց հետո անգամ, այս խեղաթյուրված խեղճ հոգիները մնում են իրենց կանխակալ վիճակում, փոքր ինչ ունակ չլինելով սեփական արտացոլումը ,հակառակ ճամբարումե տեսնելու։ Սրանք այնքան համոզված են սեփական իրավացիության մեջ, որ հաճախ պատրաստ են սպանել ու մեռնել հանուն ,գաղափարիե։ Հայ, թուրք և ազերի ֆաշիստներն իրար ավելի հարազատ են, քան սեփական ցեղի այն մարդկանց հետ, որոնք կարծում են, որ ազգային գերագնահատումն ու էթնոցենտրիզմը պատճառն են բոլոր պատերազմների ու ջարդարարության։ Հանցագործությունը ազնվագույն գործ որպես ներկայացնելը այն հիմքն է, որի վրա կառուցվում է ,շառլատանիզմըե։

Հայերը կարողանում են հաշտվել իրար հետ երբեմն թուրքերի հետ կապված, բայց ոչ մի ուրիշ հարցում։ Ազգային միաբանության սակավ բոլոր դրսևորումների համար պարտական ենք թուրքերին։ Մեզ սպանողները դարձել են մեր բարերարները։

Ամենամեծ սխալը, որ թուրքը կարող է անել, իր պատմութունը սեփական ցեղի պատմաբաններից սովորելն է։ Սա վերաբերում է բոլոր ցեղերին։

Ըստ մեր Կանադացի վարչապետի երեկվա ելույթի, այն ինչ թուրքերն արել են հայերի նախնիների հետ ոչ թէ ցեղասպանություն է, այլ ողբերգություն։ Սրանից պետք է եզրակացնել, որ թուրքերի արդարացիությունը հարցականի տակ չէ, հայերի, իր սեփական խորհրդարանի անդամների, պատմաբանների, բազում օտարերկրյա վկաների, դիվանագետների, գիտնականների արդարացիության պես։

Կան սեփական նեղանձական նպատակով պատմությունը խմբագրողներ, վերահսկողներ, արտագրողներ, գրերը զարգացնող, փոխող, հարմարացնողներ: Կան պատմություն վերարտադրողներ։ Երբ պատմությունը բեմադրում են փաստաբաններն ու ,պոլիտիկաններըե տեսնում ես բաներ, որոնք իրականում չկան և ակնհայտորեն երևացող բաներ, որոնք անտեսվում են։

Ինչ ցավալի է, որ փաստաբաններից և ,պոլիտիկաններիցե ոչ ոք մոտերքում չէր, որ սփոփեր խեղճերին ապացուցելով, որ այն ինչ նրանց հետ կատարվում է, ոչ թէ ցեղասպանություն է, այլ ողբերգություն։ Դրանից երևի ավելի լավ կզգային։

Բարոյականություն 1 - Բարեկիրթ արևմուտքն այնքան բարեկիրթ չէր այն ժամանակ, բարեկիրթ չէ հիմա՝ ճանաչելու համար անարդարությունը, երբ այն ակնհայտ է։

Բարոյականություն 2 - Բարոյական զարգացում գոյություն չունի։ Տեխնոլոգիական զարգացու՞մ - այո, բայց անգամ այն թանկ գնով է առաջանում։ Գինը համակարգված մասսայական ոչնչացման զենքն է։

Բարոյականություն 3 - Չարժի հենվել ուրիշների բանականությանն ու առաքինությանը, որովհետև անձնական շահը լինելու է նրանց անփոփոխ, համար առաջին անհանգստությունը։ Այդպես եղել է անցյալում, լինելու է ապագայում։ Ուրեմն եթե մի օր, բարեկիրթ արևմուտքն ու Թուրքիան ճանաչեն ակնհայտ փաստը, որ այն ինչ պատահել է ողբերգություն է և ցեղասպանություն միաժամանակ, դա պատահելու է ոչ արդարության պահանջով, այլ հանուն նրանց սեփական շահերի։

Երբևէ չի եղել, որ փորձեմ խոսել հայերի ռասիզմից ու ասպատակության չենթարկվեմ մեր ռասիստներից, որոնք ինձ անվանում են հակահայ, պրոթուրք անգամ։ Քննադատությունն ընդանրապես համարվում է պրոթուրքական հայկական միջավայրում։ Պարզելու համար հարցնում եմ ինձ առաջին հերթին.

- Ռասի՞ստ եմ ես արդյոք։

Ծնվել, մեծացվել, կրթվել եմ ռասիստ։

Ատել եմ բոլոր թուրքերին։

Ատել եմ հույներին էլ, մեզ թուրքական գնչու անվանելու համար։

Գիտեի, որ խառն ամուսնութուններից ծնվածները բջեր են։

Գիտեի, որ արևմուտքը բարոյազուրկ է, ամերիկացիները բջերի ցեղ։

Շահան Շահնուրի հայ լինելն այնքան հարցականի տակ դրվեց պապի հույն լինելու պատճառով ու այնքան հալածվեց պարտիզան թերթերում, որ խեղճը փոխեց անունը (Արմեն Լյուբին) ու դադարեց հայերեն գրել։

Ազգականներ ունեմ ԱՄՆ ում, որոնք չեն ապրում Միսիսիպիում կամ Ալաբամայում, բայց կարծում են, որ սևերը կապիկ են, խառն ամուսնական զույգերըъ դեգեներատներ։

Մեր ազգային հայրերից մեկը, իմ ընկերոջ ադրբեջանցի մորը հասարակավ անվանեց թուրքի քած։

Արդյո՞ք ռասիստներ եք մենք։ Փաստերը խոսուն են կարծես։ Արդյո՞ք արդարացում ունի մեր ռասիզմը։ Ոչ, որովհետև ընկերներ մենք ունենք ամենուր, ամերիկացիների, հույների, քրդերի, հրեաների, անգամ թուրքերի մեջ, որոնց զգալի մասը կարող է կես հայ լինել:

Ընկերներիցս մեկը վերջերս ասեց, որ հայերը ,սևեռվածե են պատմության վրա։ Կասկածում եմ, որ նկատի ուներ ջարդերի վրա սևեռվածությունը։ ,Ճշմարտությունը մեկը կարող է լինելե կարգախոսից ելնելով մեր տարբերակը միակ ճշմարիտն ենք համարում, բնականաբար մնացած բոլոր տարբերակները հայտարարելով սուտ, խաբեություն և պրոպագանդա, հիմնված կանխակալ և անազնիվ մարդկանց վկայությունների վրա։

Անկասկած հայ պատմաբաններին հավատում եմ ավելի շատ, քանի որ հայ եմ, քան թուրք պատմաբաններին։ Ցավն այն է, որ թուրքերը նույնպես հավատում են իրենց պատմաբաններին ավելի շատ, քան հայերին և նաև մեզ շատ նման համոզված են, որ իրենց տարբերակը ճշմարտության, միակն է, ինչից իր հերթին հետևում է, որ ցեղասպանությունը մեր միասնական երևակայության արդյունքն է։

Այս պրոբլեմը նոր չէ։ Պատմության այնքան տարբերակ կա, որքան պատմաբան, յուրաքանչյուրն իր սեփական, անկրկնելի պերսպեկտիվով, հիշողությամբ, գաղափարախոսությամբ, շահով, կրոնով, բազում նախապաշարումով, և կույր ատելությամբ։ Իրաքի ներկայիս նվաճումը բաց գիրք է ասածիս վերաբերյալ իր բոլոր մանրամասներով։ Անիմաստ է իսլամական տեսակետը ամերիկյանի հետ համեմատելու փորձն անգամ, ինչպես անհնար է համեմատելը հակա-Բուշ և պրո-Բուշ ամերիկյան տեսակետները։

Տարբեր են լինում նաև զոհի և դահճի պատմութույնները, ինչպես օրինակ բնիկ ամերիկացիների և ամերիկյան կրթական համակարգում դասավանդվող պատմությունները։

Մեր ,գործըե վերջնականապես խճճելու համար կարծես, կան մի քանի թուրք պատմաբան, որոնք դատապարտում են ջարդարարությունը և կան հայեր, որոնց կարծիքները ,յուրայիններըե մեկնաբանել են որպես ռևիզիոնիզմ և դավաճանություն։

Տարակուսանքն աճում է, երբ իմանում ես, որ անգլիացի պատմաբան Արնոլդ Ջ. Թոյնբիին թուրքերի վայրագությունն ու նրանց զոհ գնացած հայերի վիճակը նկարագրող բազում գրքեր գրելուց հետո, գրել է բազում ուրիշ գրքեր, որտեղ պնդում է, որ հայերի անկախության պահանջը, որը դարձավ ջարդերի պատճառ, անիրավ էր և անհիմն։

I like this one better: if Turks stayed in Central Asia or simply did not exist, Armenians would have never been forced out of their ancestral homes In fact, millions of lives would've been saved from every single nation if your kind did not infect the rest of the world.

Hinchak and Tashnak were the first movements to bring ethnic awareness thus ethnic nationalism to Anatolian lands. Without any kind of nationalism, there would be no reactionary Turkish nationalism either.

Armenians were forced by the Byzantine empire to migrate southwards(also the Armenian elite was eradicated by the Byzantine) long before Turkic tribes ever migrated to Anatolia. So the "Armenians would have never been forced out of their ancestral homes" part is not solely Turkish-related.

Anatolian Greeks didn't even take place in it(that is a very clear indication of how Anatolia was free of ethnic tensions). Anatolian Greeks didn't even experience Greek nationalism till after WW1 (the Greek asia minor campaigne).

I repeat Anatolia was clean of ethnic awareness till Hinchak and Tashnak brought in nationalism.

There have always been Armenians in Armenia's ancestral homes (part of what is known today as "Eastern Turkey"). We don't live there anymore because of your massacres and deportation.

There still would have been Armenians in Eastern Turkey if the chain of events that started with Armenian nationalism never took place.

The majority of Turks have Anatolian, Middle Eastern, Balkan, Caucasus roots. How can they occupy their own lands?

I've lived in Turkey my whole life and the only Central Asians I've seen are the refugees Turkey accepted (mostly refugees who escaped Russian oppression from Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, the Turkic republics in the RF etc) in goodwill.

Peoples have converted all along history, it doesn't take away their say over their lands. So my ancestors converted to Islam, thats no reason for me to be less Anatolian.
