stefani? hmm, is it short for stefanian, or is it an Italian surname? haven't heard of her / seen her.. is there a pic of her somewhere? i'm too lazy to do a google search...
maybe it's an italianised version of stepanian? lol..
Hmm, never crossed my mind that she could be Armenian... Persian, for some reason, did, but I highly doubt she's Armenian. However I am convinced Andy Serkis is Armenian... is there anything more Armenian sounding that Andy Serkisian?
Damn, if I get famous and have to one point drop the "ian" at the end of my name it's gonna suck.. cause I'm gonna be Mikey Lala. Who the hell would take that seriously? >
This nonsense is addressed in an F.A.Q. on the No Doubt website and it says she is not, so let us cut it out before it gets even more embarrassing.
I agree... I mean, some people I get... Andy Serkis, Hank Azaria... these are people that you can sorta wonder about (Azaria ISN'T but many Armenians think he is)... but Gwen Stephani? Who ever thought she was part Armenian? She doesn't look are Armenian at all, her name doesn't really sound it either... Stephani? That's pretty damn Italian sounding...
...Then again, Mannix turned out to be Armenian, so maybe I should shut up, lol.
