Well the title really says it all but I will specify a bit more ...
1. I would like to meet Armenians in Los Angeles. Perhaps if I would be more welcome in a less 100% community then maybe you all could suggest a club, group, or organization thingy where I would actually be welcome.(??)
2. I would like to take some Armenian language classes but I don't really know where to start. Tried the interweb but seemed like it might be better just to ask you guys.
3. Finally I thought I could take care of 1 and 2 just by joining an Armenian Church, but I don't know if there is one you might suggest for a halfie who can't speak the language.
I could probably keep going (clubs, bars, restaurants), but I think you all get the idea of what I am asking. Please help me get started unless you feel that I will be unwelcome in which case just let me know ... I'd rather know the truth now and not have to discover it for myself way down the line.
