Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

HTTP://TERCHOONIAN.COM A lot of Armenians in the Windsor/Detroit area make regular donations through fund raising events organised primarily by members of the Cultural Society of Armenians from Istanbul. This "chik" is about as smart as a bag of nails. Except a bag of nails is actually useful. They say the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree... and her father was the same crooked piece of scum. So she doesn't have to search too far to find her roots.
Most of us donated to the orphanage and btw; we have supported two orphans for several years each; one a young teenage girl and the other a young teenage boy. Both their fathers died in the Artsax war. The Artsax's war from 1988-92 left a great many orphans unfortunately; however we have our Artsax now and forever it shall be.

Unfortunately no amount of money can bring their fathers back. That's the true cost of war... the human cost. Something we here in North America are censored from. Instead we get to see and hear Hilton and Kardashian's antics from the media day in and day out.

I don't at all care for her either. I am very dismayed that the news or she herself talks about her being Armenian. With her very promiscuous conduct and her bad image, she doesn't bring any credit to Armenians, quite the contrary.

As for the orphans' fathers' death who died to get back our "neviragan" piece of land; I call it "heros Hayer voronk irents arune neviretsin i kin Hayrenikin" that's supposed to be a martyr's conduct of a higher level. I have so much love and respect for all of our befallen martyrs who died for a great cause!!!!! Our beloved and sacred lands!!!!! May each and everyone of their souls rest in peace!

I really think you guys underestimate people like Kim and Paris. they play hot dumb bimbos on tv becaus thats what people will pay to see. These girls are far from dumb airheads they have a stratigic approach to their fame and careers.I am sure thats what people said about Sher to but she went and donated a lot of money during the earthquake when it was needed the most. We need to be less critical of our fellow armenians we would go a lot futher as a people if we supported eachother instead of throwing our own kind under the fastest incoming bus.I dont care who so n so slept with or how many times becaus there is more to a person then just their sexual side and i dont know why a healthy sex drive is considered a bad thing.

Kim Kardashian 'proud to be Armenian'

Kim Kardashian has always been proud of her Armenian heritage. As a fourth generation Armenian woman, the reality star feels connected to her family's background and tries to embody the characteristics of the Armenian culture.

In a recent interview with Armenian Pulse, Kim talked about the influence of the Armenian culture on her lifestyle. "My great Grandparents from my fathers side came to LA from Armenia right before the Genocide. My great Grandfather was Armenian and my great Grandmother Turkish-Armenian. My mother is English, so I am half Armenian, but, I was raised with a huge Armenian influence, always hearing stories of Armenia, eating Armenian food and celebrating Armenian holidays!"

Kim has been inspired by the style and beauty of the Armenian culture. As an entrepreneur and fashion designer, Kim has found a creative way to combine her heritage with her professional talents. Working in collaboration with Virgin Saints and Angels, the young socialite has developed a new xxxelry line.

The romantic and edgy line celebrates the Armenian heritage and embraces the unique style of Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian. The individual pieces are available in bronze or sterling silver. The line debuted earlier this month.

Kim was overwhelmed with pride when talking about her expansive Armenian fan base. "This makes me so happy! My father would be so proud that we talk about our Armenian heritage! My dad used to always tell us to never remove the 'ian' from our last name like some Armenians that came to the U.S. He was so proud to be Armenian and his biggest regret was not sending us to Armenian school! I am so proud to be Armenian and so happy that I can identify with my Armenian fans!"

Armenian Pulse??? Huh? Is that another wannabe Armenian publication like the California courier. And as far as developing a new xxxelry line, no its a non-Armenian who designed the xxxelry and is using a wannabes to sell it.

Ah yes, the Kardashian collection.... I would like to see the conceptual designs and the molds that the Kardashians spent endless hours creating. Not only could she not identify a chick pea from a chi kofte, but I'm will to bet she also couldn't identify a real diamond from a cubic zirconia.

is this about that American prostitute? A prostitute doesn't deserve even such thread to be opened about her. I really don't know where you get that she's Armenian. She's 100% Corrupt American.

that cr*p is fugly. no wonder they have to sell it with a gimmick. All I know pet rocks were far more profitable than this stuff and there was no real marketing campaign behind it.

                      Yack!!!
