Sip, he surely does.
And so do I.
With an ounce of logic anybody can pin me as a racist, and that's understandable, but with everything that's happened I figure I have a legit reason ?
So , a question ...
does this make my dad racist?
And, if I still hold a " grudge " against turks and prefer not to associate with them, does that make me one aswell?
I hate turks too, and it is the duty of all patriotic Armenians to hate turks. And everyone IS racist, some more than others and some are more willing to accept it.
For the first time in more than 600 years, Armenia is free and independent, and we are therefore obligated
to place our national interests ahead of our personal gains or aspirations.

Well legit reason or not, you are a racist.
But I do NOT agree that everyone is a racist. I for example, hate everyone equally so by definition, I am NOT a racist.
That last part is a joke of course. i don't hate anyone just because they are Turk. I do however decide fairly quickly if I like a specific person or not (especially Turks) after about 10 seconds of conversation. It usually has to do with their intellect. I am more of a intellectualist in that I really hate morons. If stupidity were a race, I would be a racist I guess.

I agree with that. Everybody has been guilty of letting a racist comment slip. Just because you've made a remark based on somebody's background, doesn't mean you refuse to be around them or anything. I don't meet a turk and think of them as less of a person, or wish they weren't there, but I'm a proud armenian. I think of what they've done and it makes my blood boil, and cause me to be more irritable around them than usual. If that makes me a racist than so be it. I don't have any turkish friends and I doubt I ever will. Again, if that makes me a racist, I don't care.
