Hayastanci, I have been in the US since I was 7. I went back as a teenager while the USSR was still intact. Have not had a chance to go back again.

I am an Eastern Armenian. I was born in Los Angeles to immigrants from Yerevan.

But I'm of Western Armenian descent. My grandparents lived in Syria and went to Yerevan in 1946. My ancestors came from Konya and Adana.
