for those who have a personal satellite receiver and live in countries within the footprint of hot bird (13 east), meaning europe, middle east, north africa, the armenian tv station shant started to broadcast on above satellite with the following frequency 11034 mhz vertical, symbol rate 27500 fec 2/3

well apart of Shant TV, there is the national armenian tv, namely H1 which broadcasts also on HotBird satellite (13 east) and a third one, Armenia being on W2 satellite (16 east), so if your'e in Greece you are within the footprint of these two satellites. a simple scanning with your receiver should memorize these channels

We have state TV in NZ on satellite. But its too expensive. NZ $650 (because you have to have a satellite dish installed, pay a one time fee and pay for the decoder). Then I don't watch TV often, all re-runs and ads.

Books, DVD's, radio and You Tube are better.
