  • Armenian Script/Handwriting

I am curious about Armenian handwriting. Would anyone like to share handwriting samples?

If you do not have a scanner, consider a camera; I have taken photos of writing with great success.

I have been working on writing in Armenian and have found virtually nothing on the internet. I know this would be extremely helpful resource to me and to others as well.

I am unsure of ձ ծ and ե in handwriting, particularly.

Ummm, I don't know what that "իր" is doing there so scratch that . There's also a cut-off letter, the word is "պիտի".

No idea Lucin jan, that's why it's an excellent idea by Siggie. This is how I was taught to write Armenian all my life. It seems it varies greatly per person.

For a good number of letters you make no distinction between the capital letter and its small one, except by its size. You just zoom, lol.

That's true. We were taught distinction for some letters only based on size but i've seen people add tails to their capital letters. It's never confusing though.
