  • NYC Armenians

    Hi-

Haven't posted on this board in a couple years, I'm happy I remembered my PW!

I relocated to NYC about 6 months ago.. Can someone give me an idea where I can find restaurants, churches ect..?

    I currently reside in Brooklyn.

    Thanks!

Hi Raffi! I'm glad you found your way back here.

I don't live in NYC, but I know of this church which also has a bookstore.

I also found this restaurant in Brooklyn (the name made it rather easy to find, but don't know if it's any good.

That's one way to get in touch with people who can be helpful about restaurants. We do have a few members who live in NYC and I hope they'll jump in with some helpful suggestions as well.

      Hey Raffi!

      I live in nyc!

Just wanted to say that besides St. Vartans we also have an Armenian Evangelical Church here:
      ARMENIAN EVANGELICAL CHURCH
      152 East 34th Street
      New York, NY 10016-4750
      Tel. (212) 685-3177
      Fax. (212) 889-8338

I haven't found any Armenian restaurants besides the one Siggie mentioned.
On the weekend of April 24th, all of the armenians get together in Times Square and there is this big rally.

I'll try to find some more places.
