I sent an e-mail to GoCoffeeGo inquiring about the advantages to using their service. I received a response from Elise Papazian.
Her major points:
1) Same prices as the roasters.
2) They've negotiated better shipping charges.
3) They have shipping specials, surprise gifts, and discounts.
4) They have currently 15 different roasters represented so you won't have to worry about maintining 15 different accounts if you want to order from different roasters.
5) They've set up a Netflix-style automatic shipment feature.
6) Their website is fun.

Starkieeeee.... what'd you do to me? I started out ordering one bag of Klatch Belle; I was going to get the World's Best too, but then they'd both get stale, so I just got Belle for now. But, I couldn't stop there and I just ordered a french press and a canonical burr grinder too. Damn you.
I hope it makes an appreciable difference from the cheapie bar grinder for espresso.
My dad refused to grind even w/ my easy bar grinder because he said he couldn't taste a difference and it wasn't worth the trouble (*slaps her forehead*), so I'm on a mission now w/ the burr and french press. Wish me luck.

Ordering coffee online is common place as is grinding coffee at home. You can buy a grinder for $20 and the taste difference is very noticeable and it doesn't take long at all. You can grind a pot's worth of coffee in about 5-10 seconds. And whole beans will keep longer than ground coffee.Originally posted by KanadaHye View Post
