As the link I posted shows, Ahmadinejad is of xxxish ancestry, xxxs and Arabs are the same race, you're obviously ignorant to a basic reality of the Middle-East. I suppose you believe that the Lebanese are white as well?

Actually most xxxs today, have mostly European blood because of mixing that occurred between their ancestors and Europeans. Of course xxxs originally have always been a Semitic people and speak a revived Semitic language very close to Arabic. The more native xxxs of the middle east however are very close to Arabs.

Most Jews actually have little Semitic ancestry and the Jews are a ethnoreligious nation, not a 'race' as such.

Even if they have been Arabized to some extent the Lebanese are not Arabs and are from a diffrent branch of the Semitic tree. The Lebanese are a Mesopotamian peoples and they are related to the Greeks, Armenians, Assyrians etc.

The Assyrians I should add, aren't just a Mesopotamian, Western Semitic peoples and they have a ethnic affinity with the Armenians. As both peoples are descended from very ancient Anatolian/Mesopotamian peoples. What is more, they also have a certain amount of Balkan/Anatolian, (Phrygian) Indo-European ancestry. Which is why they are actually more closely related to the Western Europeans genetically than the Greeks.

Arabs whilst distantly related to the other Semitic peoples of the Near East. Are from Arabia and they have mixed to some degree with East Africans and Berbers.

The E.U is going to do nothing for you we have 2 boarders we have to use those and the one to the black sea can close very fast so we do need real good relations with Iran .

Friendship with Armenia's neighbors is paramount for her security. The EU cannot be trusted. EU bosses have no time for the rights of the Karabakh majority while they claim to support democracy. Actually the EU is complicating rapprochement with Azerbaijan by taking an anti-Karabakh position. Why should the rulers of Baku negotiate when their position is supported by the EU/NATO?

You must also understand that Armenia maintains very close ties with EU, and Armenians in Armenia identify themselves with the European/Western culture (in parallel to Armenian of course). Iran is a partner, but it is the EU that we are going towards.

First of all we must understand what we mean by 'European' culture.
Is it standards of human rights and the rule of law?
In that case there are also many Iranians, Arabs, Turks, Indonesians, Mexicans, Russians, Tatars ('Azeris') striving for the same.
There is greater democracy in western countries, but as I have explained in another thread, there are still big gaps in the 'western' system.
Is it fashion, art, music, literature? Armenia should develop its own art, fashion, music, humor, etc and not simply copy what is foreign. Because of common Soviet history, today's Armenian culture has many elements in common with the culture of other ex-republics. Geographically, Armenia is located very close to the Middle East. It is inevitable that Armenian culture will have similarities with its neighbors, including Iran.
It is Georgians who fantasize that their country, geographically is located somewhere to the west of Switzerland
