Well prostitution to my knowledge in US is a crime so she is committing one and should be arrested.

the legality of prostitution is up to the individual states, currently Nevada allows licensed brothels and other forms of prostitution within it's borders except for a few counties which happen to include Reno, Las Vegas, Carson City, but if you live in any of these areas you can just drive to a county where it's legal.
