Now Yerevan’s most beautiful park is the one called after Hovhannes Toumanyan, located next to Kijevyan bridge, in Adjapnyak community.
I wanted to know who is the owner and the only information I got is; that the person, who rented the park for 99 years, is an American Armenian.
This unique Armenian patriot invested millions on the park construction to make it truly complying with European park standards. This makes me/visitor to think about the person who is willing to spend his own money just to let the people/pupil enjoy the park attractions free of charge. I urge everyone visit the park, while in Yerevan, it’s truly amazing one, construction is almost completed. I visit the park every weekend with my granddaughters.

On the other hand there are a lot of rich Armenians that after donating $1 to somebody; spend millions on advertising that “generous” one dollar donation on mass media.
May God return everyone what he deserve.
