Iran has existed for thousands of years within it's own footprint - nobody is giving any part of it away without blood being spilled. This is reality.

The border between Iran and the Ottoman empire was only decided upon in 1914. And almost before the ink had dried on the maps......

The Kurds aren't necessarily indigenous to any region since they were a nomadic tribe. They can keep packing up and moving.

I as an Iranian respect Kurdish land rights, if they want a small part of Iran back to create a Kurdish state, I would respect that.

I completely disagree - if they are citizens within a state, they are just that and should be happy being citizens. Most nations wouldn't even give citizenship rights to historically nomadic people. They had poor historical leadership - their contemporary leadership is just as bad. The U.S. & Israel will use them as pawns and then abandon them - it's their own stupidity. Iran has existed for thousands of years within its own footprint - nobody is giving any part of Iran away to Kurdish goat herders without blood being spilled. This is reality.

They should of just given the Kurds northern Iraq, or better yet, Turkey, Iran, and Syria should of just encouraged the 20 million Kurds between them to move to Iraq and then Iraq could of been Kurdistan.

The thing is, just b/c a lot of Kurds live somewhere, doesn't make it "Kurdish Land" if a million Kurds move to Georgia, or Lebanon, they'd claim it as part of ancient Kurdistan too

As for Armenian support of the Kurdish cause only reason you'd find such support is because the Kurds and Turks are killing each other and weakening each other.
This might sound brutal and hopefully less and less civilians die but it is better for us if the conflict goes on as long as it can so both sides exhaust themselves.

If I were a Kurd, I'd claim Montreal as part of Kurdistan too, just because I've treaded there for a while.

It does not... at least not that I know of. We have Yezidis (who don't identify themselves as Kurds and in fact hate them) living in Armenia and they are among our most patriotic citizens. Some served in the liberation of Artsakh.

I do not remember hearing about kurds being taken in either, if there were some, then it was very few and probably Christian kurds. Good point Fed, do not ever call a Yezdi a kurd unless you want to have your face rearranged.
