It is imperative that Armenia's society remain free of the "sexual revolution" phenomenon that has swept into Western Culture. We must make sure that our country remains true to its Christian and traditional values - we must not let our women be subjugated to the dangers of the revolution which promote promiscuity, prostitution, and a break down of family values. There are things which we should take from the Western Culture that are helpful for society, but there are also things like this that we should actively not let corrupt our society - where wh*res are hailed. Call me a traditionalist or whatever label, I believe this is very important for our people, I don't want to see our women become like women of Hollywood, and unfortunately some are turning into those kind of women. With tradition, family values, and patriotism we can sustain our Armenian identity in the face of this globalisation - and be a more united and strong nation.

Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)
1] What you CAN NOT post.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene
You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)
The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!
2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.
This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.
3] Keep the focus.
Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.
4] Behave as you would in a public location.
This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.
5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.
Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.
6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.
Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.
7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.
- PLEASE READ -
Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

Re: Preventing Sexual Revolution in Armenia
I agree. We want to incorporate the aspects of Western culture before its corruption by post modernism and its many sub branches such as feminism. Women having equal rights with men is not feminism btw. Men and women should be treated equal under the law, but no reason so support the skanky culture/mtv culture that is so dominant in Western Europe and North America. For the first time in more than 600 years, Armenia is free and independent, and we are therefore obligated
to place our national interests ahead of our personal gains or aspirations.

Originally posted by Mos View PostYes, and in my opinion that skanky culture you talk about is much more degrading to women, as women are seen as only a sex object rather than an equal, respectful person. The only way that side of Western culture will get in is through the self proclaimed "sexual revolution" or better "wh*re revolution". Unfortunately some women in armenia are falling prey - this needs to be be stopped before it's too late.
This is the age of globalism, internet, and free thinking. Even crapholes like Pakistan has a sex industry. Change is coming, might as well make the best of it.

Re: Preventing Sexual Revolution in Armenia
Globalization is a buzzword, and I dare someone to show me how this globalization is so radically different, other than the technologies we have now, from the globalization of the 19th century. With the world economy in the crapper, massive debt in the US, and major shifts in the world's geopolitical faultlines taking place, I do not think globalization will be coming back to its pre 2008 form anytime soon. For the first time in more than 600 years, Armenia is free and independent, and we are therefore obligated
to place our national interests ahead of our personal gains or aspirations.

Re: Preventing Sexual Revolution in Armenia
Personally I think people who complain about Armenian girls being wh0res are using western culture as a scape goat. There have always been skanks of both genders for all time, in all parts of the world. It's just that every generation finds the next one after it to be "worse" and so they need a reason for it. haven't you noticed that the same old people who are talking about what degenerates today's youth are, are the alleged degenerates of decades past?
Sure maybe in the usa 50 years ago there weren't so many paris hilton types, but 50 years ago America was rampant with drug/sex parties and in every town there was a wannabe Woodstock event going on, teen pregnancies were also much higher, but no one complained back then b/c even if the poor douche couple that got pregnant were only 17 years old they still got married.
In any country's history you'll find evidence of a wh0rish or degenerate youth that a large number of people despised
Wh0res, whether male or female will exist in Armenia with or without western influence b/c they're just wh0res. And as long as they're not getting knocked up unplanned, or spreading std's it's really none of your business what they do, and it's certainly not your business to be labeling them wh0res.
And since you are ever so keen on "protecting our Armenian women" (who said they were your property to protect?) how about trying to keep single Armenian guys in Armenia to keep their penises in check (including your own if you live there), b/c it takes two to tango, and that way if you take guys out of the equation there'll be very few (single) Armenian women having sex.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As for the little girl in the video, good for her if she want's a job before she's married, a woman needs to be able to support herself just in case somewhere down the line her husband divorces her, or dies, or maybe suffers some sort of injury and can no longer work.
A couple that has both spouses working means more money overall, meaning a better life for them, their kids, and even the possibility to have more kids.
Also even if the wife decides to stay home to take care of the kids, what the hell is she supposed to do after they leave and her husband still goes to work? she'll need something to take up her time so she may as well get a job and she can use her prior work info as credentials to get a good oneLast edited by ara87; 03-04-2011, 04:29 PM.
