    Re: Armenian Cause 2.0

I was interested when I got the email last week, but it's a bit far for me.

This is a great thing they are doing, and they should do such events more often as it unites people wanting to advance the Armenian Cause.

Good idea, but at $150/day plus $75 registration fee for students for 3 days is over $500..... what's the cause again?

Conference attendees have two options at the special ANCA rate of $149/day plus tax - a Deluxe Room with a King Bed and a Deluxe Room with Two Double Beds.

Registration is $150 for adults and $75 for students.

$500 is too much, but if you can drive, there are much cheaper hotel options options around DC. If you still have your college ID(old or current) you can get $75 registration.

As for me, it's a great excuse to take a few days off and visit some friends in DC, just $75 +gas.
