Thursday, December 22, 2016 // MORE ON ATHEISM // Until I met atheists on ARMENIAN ATHEISTS I too was an atheist. I now believe (if you will forgive my use of that word) to cling to a central big idea is one of the worst things that can happen to a man – and it makes no difference whether the big idea is Communism, Capitalism, Catholicism or Protestantism.A big idea easily degenerates to totalitarianism, fascism, authoritarianism, intolerance, dogmatism…Siberian exile, torture and death.*Atheists believe by abolishing hell they will eliminate the possibility of membership in the club. *My greatest objection to atheism, however, is the fact that atheists can’t appreciate the music of Bach and they don’t weep when they listen to the B-MINOR MASS and the ST. MATTHEW PASSION. Which means they are either tone deaf or they have hearts of stone. Which also means they have been thoroughly brainwashed and dehumanized.#

Why do you talk? Apparently the urge is great.
You don't know anything but you do talk.

Nothing discredits a person more then claiming to have devine knowledge or knowledge of the devine. Ara has discredited himself plenty already and his claim of devine knowledge makes him that much more ridiculous. I believe he talks to give meaning for his own existence. I just wish he had chosen a more productive path for himself and for the sake of those around him. I consider him a harmless blabber which is sad but then again there are worst things in this world.
