And thank you siggie for the picture, I've never seen this kind of bread...It seems like a "normal" bread....or whait.. is there "air" in it (sorry for this bad english but I meant if there was very little crumb inside?)
Matnakash is good especially right out of the oven like someone said. But lavash is really good too. And it's easier to make sandwhiches out of it. And you can eat cheese w/ it easily.
