I even heard some of them walk around with the flag on their shoulders, though haven't seen it myself.

Last year I was at the march and totally disgusted by what I saw. It was a hook up fest full of people hooking up not to mention the cars and flags and music. What sealed it for me was when an otar came up to me and asked "Is this is a parade or a festival?" I was ashamed. That is what otars saw and see through their eyes. Protesting will not get Armenians their lands back. The only way they will happen is through 2 ways: fiscally or forcefully, the rest is pointless.

I never saw Jews commemorate their Holocaust with such brutishness, why do Armenians do it?

well, i have never been to a march before, i guess i will see armos in cars with flags or flags on their shoulders.

Okay, I'm so frustrated don't even know where to start.
I went to the march today, and yes, I saw plenty of cars with flags all over it. I'm writing this even though I know none of those idiots will ever read it. So here it goes:

1- Respect your flag, don't wear it around your waist/showlders like a sweater.
2- If you have it on your car, you're represeting Armenians. Drive like a human being. I saw at least two cars with Armenian flags everywhere drive in the wrong side of the street!!!!!! And the rest were driving like MANIACS.
3- Don't cut other drivers off, just because you have the flag doesn't mean you have the right of way and everyone should bow down to you.
3- Keep the music down, it's April 24 for God's sake.
4- And lastly, go shoot yourselves.

Me: Well, not really.
Him: Well what is it? It's making me so late to work.
Me: It's Armenian Genocide Commemoration Day.
Him: Oh. There's like people with the flag around their necks and cars.
Me: Ugh, that's exactly why I don't go.
