Sure about that forever part? Because A. our Sun won't be around forever and B. either will this planet so regardless of what you think it won't be "yours" or anybody elses forever ... technically speaking.

OR if say in some hypothetical future Turkey gets into a war with whoever then perhaps land will be lost that you also felt would be yours "forever". There's also erosion and things like radiation that can make land worthless for hundreds of years. Cheers
