But i still have to ask, there has to be a reason why people put: "dont hate if you dont have nothing nice to say dont say it!"

Obviously that's coming from a kind of person that probably gets more negative feedback than positive. I can imagine how after a while that can get tiresome. So instead of trying to tackle the problem at the source, i.e. themselves, they just put up a shield so as to not be bombarded with more redicule than they already get on a regular basis.
