Here's a picture I took of the military parade in harabarak...it's the best I could do since the crowd was so large...I heard there were 3,500 soldiers involved - enjoy:
PS: If anyone has pictures of the parade or knows where to find them, let me know.
To many many people he was 'jesus' and when 3 thugs just walk into the parlament and kill 2 key player...what are the people gonna think?
He was the 'Jesus' for ignorant peasants. I have never seen or heard of a well exposed well educated Armenian praising Vazgen. And what happened in the parliament was much more than three thugs simply walking in.
Armenian, as i said, in general perspective its good...
one question, have ever livied there?
In the sea of nagative and posionous talk general perspective is essential. I am a Diasporan Armenian. I have lived in Armenia only months at a time. A majority of my friends are Yerevantis and I have close relatives who lived in Yerevan for many decades. So, trust me, I know the good the bad and the ugly about the nation. I am not living in la-la land, yet at the same time, I am not inot destructive talk either.
and please don't make Robert look like his the man...i am still amazed his alive..
Good or bad, Kocharyan and company are the best we have right now. And the mere fact that he is still alive is clear testimony that the country's elite, its social structure, as well as Russia and Iran are pleased with him.
I hope you are not one of those ignorant low lives who bad mouth Artsakhtsis. Artsakhtsis took control in Yerevan during the worst political period in Armenia. No one gave them the power, they took it themselves. Had Yerevantsis been a bit more ideologically driven and organized perhaps they would be in control today. However, we saw what happened when Yerevantis were in control during the "levon" years.
Thank God for Kocharyan, Sarkisian and Voskanian. The worst thing for Armenia right now is to have a revolution of sorts. If one takes the likes of you seriously, the nation will fall apart and become victim to the region's superpower politics. As long as some of you can do nothing but complain and ask for handout, don't expect anyone to take you seriously.
You sound like CIA run American NGOs can use your services.

Yeh now go head and call people the ignorant uneducated peasants...well said.
no xxxx it was more then just 3 thugs walking in....hello????
Yerevan, Yerevantsi, Yerevan...is all i hear...i suggest you to talk to some people outside of Yerevan and anyone visitng Armenia for few months with pockets full of green will be in a good place...why don't you go there and try buying a nice car, building a house, try opening up a business, try making a leaving over there and tell me how you think of your lovely Kocharyan and his buddies...you will feel right at home until KGB knocks on your door
"ignorant low lives who bad mouth Artsakhtsis"
As much as i want to hate them....i got my own reasons, i don't they are my people along with all hayastan, if you didn't know that
Yeh your right without Kocharyan we would be long gone as if the nation is not all apart now...
And like your last comment...you always tend to call people something like that...when you don't like what you hear about Kocharyan....let me see if there is something wrong with me or you? hey at least i lived there i know what the hell is going on and will continue to go on...i bet you would be a good canditate going around paying 20 cents to 'ignorant uneducated peasants' to vote for next Kocharyan
For the first time in more than 600 years, Armenia is free and independent, and we are therefore obligated
to place our national interests ahead of our personal gains or aspirations.
