Do you know if you can rent an apartment for more than 30 days by them and if they have any "price per month" in that case?

What is the best/easiest way to rent a furnitured apartment in yerevan for a couple of months? is there any well known companys, who can you trust?
Planning to make my first trip to Armenia.

Thanks for all the pics guys! This year i am only able to send my wife and son to Hayastan - i hope i can go next year with my son. I send my son as often as i can so he will know what Armenia is and that being Armenian is not just in your head. I think it is important to develop a relationship between young armenians and our country because once developed such bonds last a lifetime and perhaps beyond via next generation.
