Of course it is going wrong! Siggie - I've just noticed that the photographs are between 3mb and 6mb in size. No browser can cope with almost 40 images that size.

I'll export smaller sized ones. I forgot how large I had done the last set and just used what I had. Meh.

EDIT - Okay, I uploaded smaller/lower quality images in their place. Should be a lot quicker to load now.

Yes, I exported with a max long edge set this time and that helped keep the sizes manageable.

just curious. I heard the new Nikons are good.

It's mostly the eye and not the camera that makes good photos. The camera doesn't matter that much.
Well it does in some ways, but it's often more about the preference of the photographer and nothing a non-pro would really spot in images this size anyway.

I shoot a Nikon D7000, but I am, well I was looking to trade up to full frame Nikon 800E soon, but now I'm thinking it's not that much of an improvement other than unlocking full use of FX lenses to me and getting rid of that damn magnification. I'm drooling over the Leica m9 now and thinking I might keep the D7000 and get the m9 rather than the 800E. That'll take me some time to scrape together the dough for it though because I don't want to dip into existing savings for it or the ungodly expensive glass to go with. In the end, I'm realizing the best camera is the one you have with you and the D7000 turns my already heavy purse into a backbreaker, especially with my current favorite lens. So, I'm also leaning away from another dslr for that reason.

The camera I carry daily is a Fujifilm x10; the D7000 is just too heavy for every day.

All the ones here (except the closer of Mother Armenia which was longer) and nearly all of the ones I'll be adding later were shot with the same camera and lens. I couldn't get the Nikon 16-35 fx because no one had it in stock, so I opted for a non-Nikon dx. It worked out well that way though. It's a nice lens and I couldn't benefit from fx if I don't get the D800E anyway.

Anyways, for like 95% of the images I'll be posting the following applies:
                Camera: Nikon D7000
                Lens: Tokina 11-16 f/2.8 DX
                Format: RAW
                Processed in Lightroom 3 and/or 4.
