Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)
1] What you CAN NOT post.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene
You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)
The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!
2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.
This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.
3] Keep the focus.
Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.
4] Behave as you would in a public location.
This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.
5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.
Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.
6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.
Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.
7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.
- PLEASE READ -
Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.
8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)
If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

Baghdad will have the biggest US embassy and Hewler will get US consulate!

We must understand it United States of America is there for one reason. Oil. As you know there is a Kurdish Regional Goverment in northeren Iraq now, an authority which gives direct support and open protection, shelter to American troops there. Using this as a jump-point it would be pretty easy to build bases, embassy or any kind of diplomatic, military complex in northeren Iraq which will be the future money-reserve of America in future. I am sorry but America can and will build embassy in Iraq and more...

That's gone,
elendil, this is not just about oil. If the only reason for this war was oil, America would have bribed Saddam Huissen for a few million dollars and then bought all the Iraqi oil for dirt cheap prices. It would have been much, much cheaper than this 20 billion dollar escapade. Now this has turned from oil mining to setting up a democratic government, and its doomed to fail. Even if democracy prevails, radical Islam in Iraq cannot be quelled.

Capitalist theory
Some emphasize the private ownership of capital as being the essence of capitalism, or emphasize the importance of a free market as a mechanism for the movement and accumulation of capital. Others measure capitalism through class analysis, including the class structure of society and relations between labor and the capitalist class. Some note the growth of a global market system.
Others focus on the application of the market to (or commoditisation of) human labour. Still others, such as Hayek, note the self-organizing character of economies which are not centrally-planned by government. Many, such as Adam Smith, point to what is believed to be the value of individuals pursuing their self-interest as opposed to altruistically working to serve the "common good."
Many of these theories call attention to various economic practices that became institutionalized in Europe between the 16th and 19th centuries, especially involving the right of individuals and groups of individuals acting as "legal persons" (or corporations) to buy and sell capital goods, as well as land, labor, and money (see finance and credit), in a free market (see trade), and relying on the state for the enforcement of private property rights rather than on a system of feudal protection and obligations.
Due to the vagueness of the term, debates and controversies have emerged. In particular, there is contention on whether capitalism is an actual system, or an ideal, i.e. on whether it has actually been implemented in particular economies, or if not, then to what degree capitalism exists in them (see mixed economy). From a historic point of view, there is an argument on whether capitalism is specific to a particular era or geographic region or if it is a universally valid system that may exist throughout various times and spaces. Some interpret capitalism as a purely economic system; others however contend that capitalism is a political, social, and cultural system as well.
"All truth passes through three stages:
First, it is ridiculed;
Second, it is violently opposed; and
Third, it is accepted as self-evident."
Arthur Schopenhauer (1788-1860)

I agree with Gavur. everyone knows capitalism is about money And keeping people poor. Control of resources is capitalism. If the people control resources that is communism.**********************************

Its callled Qarabax. It is not in the past it is in the present. Azeris are still homeless because of Armenian invasion. Qarabax is an integral part of west Azerbaycan you have stolen Azerbaycans heart.
You do realize how Azerbaijan became an occupier of Artsakh and Nachichevan right?
The Autonomous Region of Mountainous Karabagh (also known in America as Nagorno-Karabagh) recently declared independence from Azerbaijan because of continued persecution, oppression, and human and civil rights violations by the Azeri Turks. It was attached to Azerbaijan as an Autonomous Region by Joseph Stalin in 1921 and has suffered under Azeri rule from that time onward.
The Soviet Union isn't around anymore, nor is Stalin, so what makes you think you can continue occupying land that was a gift to you only 85 years ago, but was someones ancestral homeland for thousands of years? Get over it. You started a war and you lost... move on - quit acting like little girls...

Pure socialism is total government ownership of all business and economy. Pure socialism leads to either totalitarianism or communism.
Capitalism, on the other hand, allows for people to strive for their own success. Rather than depend on the state to hand them money, people have to go out, work, and earn it on their own terms. In theory, it's the most reasonable system, but it is impossible for a nation to run on a system of poor capitalism.
Many nations of the modern world now depend on a mixture of socialism and capitalism, where people are allowed to fight in a free market, but the government is also allowed to step in and correct severe injustices inflicted upon the poor. The United States, for example, enjoys a capitalist and free markey economy, but it also has had a lot of socialist programs such as : The Social Security act, the Securities Exchange Commision, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the Congress of Labor Unions, the National Industry Recovery act, etc.
