P.S. I had to re-upload this map. I know all the photos are there but since the forum update, the addresses of the images have change and they don't show in member galleries.
Can the mods please inform us how we can find these images?
Hellektor jan,
Send both Tongue and I a PM about this (as a reminder) and I'll see what I can do...
Figures in italic prior to 1927 are from source "KB"; although from these figures those for the period 1911-1926 have been slightly recalculated by the compiler of this site to match certain influence of the First World War.
Guess which influence?
still when you look at statistics it isnt 1.5 million. Also if that many peoples died then why is there more than 6 million Armenians in diaspora? It is impossible for that high number of deaths.
Also can no one still answer my questions on Armenian Genocide?

1. There's a very simple biological process called sex. When people have sex, new people are born. That's how 1 million becomes 6 million in 3 generations. Right?
2. There was an Armenian diaspora even before 1915.
Also can no one still answer my questions on Armenian Genocide?
Human populations don't grow like bacteria. The population of Armenia has been decreasing in recent years. According to the statistics posted it seems that the population of Armenia (this is excluding the diaspora) had been steadily on the rise after 1915 (and during the Soviet Union). Population statistics also don't account for factors such as immigration or emigration.
The size of a typical Armenian family depends solely on lifestyle. A rural Armenian family in the early 19th century might have 10 kids, whereas an urban family might have 2. This is also excluding the Armenian diaspora that settled in other nations before 1915.
They just can't get enough of their numbers game.
Ask the weasel how come the 7 million population of Turkey in the 1920s has increased tenfold in less than a century?
What? Armenians do not have the right to procreate even outside of "Eastern Cacatolia"?
The "masters" do not wish to see us grow in numbers normally, but of course, they have the divine right to breed like rats.
Four things denialist Turks do when they are confronted with facts:
I. They change the subject (e.g. they copy/paste tons of garbage to divert attention).
II. They project (e.g. they replace "Turk" with "Armenian" and vice versa and they regurgitate Armenian history).
III. They offend (e.g. they cuss, threaten and/or mock).
IV. They shut up and say nothing.

you are being racist. maybe its because you cannot answer my questions
the Turkish population was around 15 million. Also the government encourged the people to have lots of childrens. and finally I already posted population statistics of Turkey so i answered your question. even before you asked it
Kharpert it is easy to say 10 children was born in Armenian families but that was 19th century. i am talking about after 1920.
6.) what is family sizes like in Armenian Diapora?

Tell the weasel that 13 million is the number of the population of the Ottoman "Empire" before its miserable downfall. The population number of Turkey was 7 million even as late as the 1920s.
Also please tell the weasel I have answered its numbers game crap earlier in the thread, but it seems its damaged brain could not absorb it.

Turkish Population in 1920: 12,908,000
Turkish Population in 2006: 70,703,000
Annual growth rate: ~627,000 per year
Annual Percentage growth rate: 10.8% per year
-----------------------------------------
Armenian Population in 1920: ~1,500,000
Armenian Population in 2006: ~8,000,000
Annual Growth rate: ~76,000 per year
Annual Percentage Growth rate: 1.2% per year
===========================
So you see, even when you consider the demographics that you posted, The Turkish population has been growing at 10 times the rate of the Armenian population.
you are ignoring that in the early days of Turkeys population growth there was lots and lots of immigrants comming to the country.
Million of Turks from Balkans.
Million of Balkan Muslims.
Million's of Caucasian Muslims from Caucasus.
Millions of people fleeing Russian Civil War. Trotskyists and other Russians fleeing Stalin purges. Ukrainians and Central Asia republics people fleeing.
More than 100,000 Jews.
Many people from Europe etc....
many Kurds from Iraq.
Armenia did not have this.
you also look at at the two extremes of population. you forget the very important thing that growth rate is slow at the begining. it takes time to increase. you cannot generalise statistics like this.
7.) how many Armenians were in the diaspora before 1915?
PS. you still cannot answering my question. because I was up all night i cannot be responding to you post. i will next time.
