However, Iran is our favorite neighbor!

You should have said "my" favorite neighbor to avoid making the error of speaking for others. Of couse I support friendship with them and they are good neighbors, but I have a different favorite.

Who is your favourite out the nations bordering Armenia?

Why is Armenoid banned, because he spoke the truth? The Shah was a total despot, a criminal with a lot of innocent blood on his hands, on the bank role of the CIA and the Mossad, that is why he was over thrown by a popular uprising. Why is the current Islamic administration in Tehran so bad, they were the ones who helped Armenians in Artsakh. I bet if the puppet government of the Shah was in power in Iran today, the Republic of Armenia would not have a very friendly government to the south. Tounge, I also suggest you educate yourself about this topic. Go ahead, prove your utter ignorance and ban me.

Good point. Some people are prisoner to the image of USians being held hostage and care more about that than about Armenians, IMO.

What I would like to know is why USians maintain a policy that is clearly detrimental to their own interests? They need oil, Arabs have oil. Logically, then, they should be friendly to the oil producing states. But no..........

But to favor of Israel, they cut their nose off to spite their faces.

Please read what I wrote. I said "neighbor." Russia is clearly in Armenia's neighborhood.

Yeah - so you have no problem with Chester turning from a supporter of Armenians to getting into bed with the Turks as they gave him trade consessions and claims...and then he influenced US policy to likewise abandon the Armenians....I mean what did the Armenians ever have to offer to Americans or anyone eh? Why not just nuzzle up with the Turks - so what they were Genociders...right?
