    Joseph, just saw this though it's a bit old. Here's the deal on Allahshukur Pashazade -- he is a prop. He claims to be BOTH a Sunni and Shia cleric. Aliyev pays him to create the illusion that the Azerbaijan is a muslim country. What they fear is an Islamic party taking root in Azerbaijan, so the government controls religion with its own puppets.

      I like your style - you don't alter history. For the Turks, changing history is like a disease they caught, and can't find a cure for. When you ask them for historical facts, they show you things like maps their government created last year. When you ask them about ancient maps - they have no response. I even had one show me cartoons (not kidding) as evidence of Turkish ownership of Armenia.
