It has but the situation getting worse and worse. The news from my in-laws living in Turkey is not good. They have spent their whole lives trying to remain anonymous and it's becoming harder and harder. As the EU moves further away from Turkey, the war in Iraq moves on, nationalism on the rise, they are circling their wagons so to speak.
