I know that you are born in Turkey (or better say, I guess because you like Altan brothers and remember some nice Turkish curses from you). I'm not giving anyone lolo, and do not ask any in return.

Just like you mentioned, Kemalism ideals are Turkified versions of the popular ideologies of its time, nothing special to Turkey that affected only Armenians. Actually it is obvious that the discussion of the AG backdates Kemalism since "Kemalism" ideals are set after Republic.

Just like the nationalist waves around those times, nowadays it is the time of emhasizing cultural differences, minority rights etc. The part of Kemalism (nation-state formation) that affected Armenians is just a reflection of world ideology of the time. The reason AG is so much discussed in the world also based on today's politics. If countries/politicians really cared about people's sufferings, they would move their little finger to act for killings happeneing right now.

That being said, singleing out Kemalism as THE reason for denying AG is oversimplification and thinking with a very minor scale. Showing Kemalism as the source of all evil is also as bad as showing Kemalism as a reason of all happiness, joy, development in Turkey (you know what I am talking about cos you probably got some education In Turkey) and it is an over-generalization.

Am I clear now? Any lolo's involved? Do we need more "harbi delikanli" jargon or better explanations for what one say?

This is good and clear thank you. You are able to look at it from the outside which means you are an enlightened Turk.
Kemalism that has been practiced in Turkey have created unintended negative consequences for the country it's supposed to serve and protect; since it's based on "us" at the expense of the "others", they kept creating and re-inventing "others" that brought that country to a politicical standstill, marching in place at 1923.
If one doesn't understand Armenian Genocide one cannot understand Kemalism, which took 20 years to develop (or at least planted the seeds for) by CUP.

Roberto Saviano, born in a small town near Naples Camorra stronghold, has been working years for his journalistic and literary work of these criminal organization for the freedom of the press. I am flattered by your praisal of my intellectual level among low profile Turkish nation, and fascinated by your self confidence that can bend/extend/re-interpret history/facts to fit into a over-generalized claim.

The question that is asked in this post is asked to him directly and Hrant has some answers for them. Valuable answers if you ask me since he is Armenian but lived in Turkey, so noone can give him any "lolo". Nobody will make any comments about the videos?
