Tashkent, Samarkand, Talas, Bukhara, Karakorum are important historical Turkic cities.

Even today, Tashkent is capital of Uzbekistan.

You think wrong. There were 2 ways of development of humanity. There were hunters and agricultures. When the hunters were nomads agricultures were always connected to their land.

Some nations do both, hunting and agriculture.
