The world thanks Mel Gibson, not only for bringing attention back on religious values, but also, for how courageously he has focused on Armenia (the first Christian nation), by using the beautiful Armenian melody and Armenian instrument (the duduk) in his most recent religious endeavor of bringing us all, The Passion, and also when he mentioned the Armenian Christian genocide in his interview with Diane Sawyer. My aspiration is that Mel will continue to bring hope, offer strength to the world by doing a movie epic about Armenia, like the heroic story of Musa Dagh, and help rid the world of future genocides, showing how the civilized world will not tolerate it, so we can all look forward to a more peaceful future. Bless us God for remembering our painful past, never to be doomed to repeat them. May God continue to bless Mel Gibson, bring him peace, happiness, and prosperity, and remove negative obstacles, as he continues to recognize God's grace signs (messages from God) in helping to bring us all a more peaceful world future. Thank you Mel, and we are praying for that most wonderful Armenian movie epic that will not only touch our hearts, but the whole world. Amen. "That men may know wisdom and instruction, understand words of insight, ... " (Proverbs 1:2) .

1] What you CAN NOT post.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene
You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!
2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.
This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.
3] Keep the focus.
Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.
4] Behave as you would in a public location.
This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.
5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.
Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.
6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.
Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or

for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.
7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.
- PLEASE READ -
Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

I didn't know he mentioned the Armenian genocide in his interview,I could have sworn I watched the interview too, anyways thanx for the info.
The use of the duduk meant a lot to us.And I mentioned it to anyone who talked about the movie to me.But...#1 I doubt they really cared and #2 it would have meant so much to us if Mel Gibson had mentioned it in one of his interviews,I know the movie wasn't about the music but dang it it really would have made a big impression on everyone if he had mentioned it!

Ummmm....Mel Gibson is a greedy prick. I watched a little documentary type thingy a few weeks ago going over what he's worth, his many houses, the price of his vacations, massages, meals, cigar club (over $2,000 JUST TO JOIN!), extremely expensive private jet, etc. Hardly seems like he has understood the most basic message of Christ; To live humbly and not crave material possesions. And now they're making money off of jewelry based on the movie??? Yeah, using Christ to make a profit, that's just....wait....that IS what religion is all about. Nevermind, I was all wrong about him.

I did watch interview and didnt I hear him mention anything about that...it was a long time ago..I really cant remember. Oo and -Crimson Glow- where you watching VH1's thingy. loll...But I do agree with you. Now a days God and Christ are used for business. Look at the churches around us...BUSINESS!You can't hold a man down without staying down with him.

By the way Mel Gibson did mention the Armenian genocide in this interview and there is a lot of talk about him doing a movie on the Armenian genocide, and its not just from Armenian people either, in fact i read an article, in a pretty worthy publication which i dont remember, in which the writer was urging Mel that his next movie should be one about the genocide. In general there is a lot of talk about this.
Mel Gibson was always one of my favorite actors, and the Passion of the Christ was great, now how about you idiots stop criticizing him for his shortcomings and realize how much of a better man he is than the rest of that retarded hollywood movie industry.
You f ucking people piss the xxxx out of me with your xxxxxing and moaning.

Come on people... I seriously don't understand what these complaining is all about. I mean if Mel did mention the genocide in his interview and might even make a movie about it then that's AWSOME!!! We don't just need Armenians help in teaching the world about the genocide, it takes some outsiders specially if they have the power and money to get the message across. If Mel Gibson is willing to be the one, then more power to him.
