The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.

7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.

- PLEASE READ -

Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.

8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)

If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

      • Villages of Fuzuli region undergo wolves’ attacks

        [ 22 May 2007 19:40 ]

Gee, I always thought the Azeris and Grey Wolves were allies

Next, they'll say the wolves were trained by the Armenians to attack Azeris, just like they did after the problem with the field mice eating their crops a few years ago. And to think, there are people that think the Armenians in Artsakh should have to live in Azerbaijan

Residents Ahmadalilar, Kazakhlar and Mirzanagili villages of Fuzuli region undergo attacks of wolves. Local residents told the APA’s Karabakh bureau.
        Wolves’ attacks became intensified.
Wolves tore domestic animals and damaged private farms. Nearly 50 cows, buffalos, sheep, horses and donkeys underwent wolves’ attacks. The residents said the injured domestic animals are dreadful as a source of hydrophobia.
The residents also said that wolves squeeze themselves into stables and tore big and small cattle. They do not allow their children to play in the yard because of the threat and say they children can confront with the wolves any time.
“We are under the threat of Armenians’ fires on one side and pack of wolves, jackals and foxes on the other side,” he said. /APA/

Perhaps if they ducked, the Armenian shots would kill all the wolves, jackals, foxes and pixies. Problem solved?

          • Azeri soldier wants to stay in Armenia
            23.05.2007 15:21 GMT+04:00

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Azeri soldier Samir Mammadov, who trespassed the Armenian-Turkish border in December 2006 and yielded to the Armenian side, does not wish to return to Azerbaijan.

The RA Ombudsman’s Office said that Mammadov is kept in Kentron jail and does not complain of the conditions.

Mammadov told that he grew up in an orphanage and joined the army on his own will. Later he escaped, crossed the border and surrendered to the Armenian side. He also informed that not long ago he received a letter from Azerbaijan, in which his alleged parents asked him to return.

However, Samir Mammadov doesn’t even want to leave for a third country fearing of revenge.

The other day, the Azeri court martial presided by judge Jamai Ramazanov has accomplished legal proceedings against Azeri soldier Vusal Garajayev, sentencing him to 11 years in prison. The state prosecutor demanded 13 years of imprisonment for the soldier, who escaped to Karabakh and was later on conveyed to Azerbaijan. The criminal case was initiated in accomplice with article 274 (treason) and article 338.1 (violation of rules of guard mounting) of the Azeri Penal Code.

Vusal Garajayev crossed the frontline and was detained by the NKR military on December 7, 2006. Observing the international obligations the NKR authorities informed the OSCE and ICRC accredited in NKR. December 23 Vusal Garajayev was conveyed to the Azeri side.

            • Armenia should offer this guy citizenship and the chance for a new life...perhaps on a plot of land somewhere surrounding NK overlooking his former (tarnished) homeland....they could then offer other Azeris settling rights and (proper Armenian) citizenship...

              • More than half of Azeri population wants a war against Armenia
                24.05.2007 14:19 GMT+04:00

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Currently an imitation of negotiation process on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement is on the way, Director of Peace and War Institute of Baku Arif Yunusov stated at the conference in Yerevan organized by the Caucasian Media Institute. He said, Azerbaijan and Armenia want failure in negotiations. “However it does not satisfy the United States, and that’s why they initiated new visits of OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs to the region,” he underlined. Yunusov also thinks, “the greater part of the Azeri society is for solving the Karabakh problem through military way”. “According to poll results, 58-64 percent of the population wants a war, and generally the younger generation expressed such opinion. They do not see any other solution of the problem,” he underscored.

                • Turkey incites Azerbaijan to war in Karabakh
                  26.05.2007 16:02 GMT+04:00

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ «The Nagorno Karabakh conflict cannot be settled peacefully. Everyone should know that lands which were seized with bloodshed cannot be returned bloodlessly,» said lieutenant general Yasak Demikbilek, former chief of Turkish intelligence agency.

Noting that he was engaged in the formation of the Azeri army, Demirbilek said Azerbaijan should think over all details if it decides to settle the issue under mediation of international organizations.

«These lands were not lost as result of defeat of the Azeri people or power of the Armenian army but as result of treason. That is why Azerbaijan should take the regions back by force. Neither OSCE mercy nor UN resolutions will resolve the problem. If Azerbaijan decides to use force it will succeed in saving its territories. The international community will change opinion about Azerbaijan after the military operations,» he said, APA reports.

Azeri descent Demirbilek was born in a settlement near Yerevan. After serving in the Turkish army he engaged in formation of the Azeri army and was a military advisor to Azerbaijan's first President Abulfaz Elchibey.

TASHKENT, MAY 29, NOYAN TAPAN - ARMENIANS TODAY. Namik Abasov, the
Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Uzbekistan stated that Karabakh will be
"liberated" even at the price of war. The Jihan agency states about it.

During the reception organized in Tashkent, Namik Abasov accused
Armenia of "ethnic purge" and of "provoking a state terrorism." "We
gave dozen of thousands of victims for our lands. We are not for giving
victims now. But if there is necessity, Azeris are ready to lay down
their life. Karabakh will be liberated even at the price of war,"
                      he stated.

To recap, General Yasar Demirbulak, the former Chief of the
Investigation Department of the Military-Air Forces of Turkey,
Azeri by origin, touching upon the Karabakh conflict, the other day
said that the lands occupied by blood can not be returned without
blood-shed. "If Azerbaijan has a goal to solve this problem with
the help of mediation of international organizations, it must again
think about all these. Azerbaijan will be able to save its lands if
it decided to liberate them in the military way," he mentioned.
General Antranik (1865-1927): “I am not a nationalist. I recognize only one nation, the nation of the oppressed.”
