ARMENIANS ATTACK TURKEY: BY DOCUMENTARY FILMS
YEREVAN, DECEMBER 23. ARMINFO. Jan 10 2006 Armenian film makers will start showing documentary films in Turkey, Iran, Russia and Georgia.
The artistic director of the Gold Apricot international film festival Sousanna Haroutyunyan says that shown will be the best Armenian films presenting Armenia, the Armenians and their lifestyle. In Turkey the Armenian films will be shown in the framework of the Istanbul international festival of documentary films. In Russia, Georgia and Iran the films will also be shown in the framework of film festivals to be held before June 2006. The demonstration of the films will acquaint Turkish, Russian, Iranian and Georgia film audience with the life, traditions, sights and hospitality of Armenia, says Haroutynuyan.
