    • SOAD of course...

I like the new album - particualrly Attack and Holy Mountain - the rest is good too - but not great great. I agree with comments I read here somewhere that their first album is the best - and the "steal this disc" (whatever I was called) was pretty much unlistenable....the last album (part 1 of this latest one - I don't know which is hyptnotize and which mesmerize really)...is quite good - and I think better then this latest one - still I like the Armenian sounds of the new one - good vibes - and I like that they (sort of) have done another Armenian (genocide at least evoking) song in Holy Mountain.

      • Almost no Armenians would listen to SOAD if they, themselves, weren't Armenian.

A lot of people still would, but a lot of Armenians wouldn't give them a chance like they did knowing they are Armenian. It's the truth.

Does this group - or this music have anything to do with a band called "Hawkwind"?

Oh sorry i guess not - It was "Hall of the Mountain grill"

Great group if you hav never heard them. Lemmy from Motorhead got his start with them and did cover's of his tunes he first did with them (if that makes sense...)

That is untrue. I did not like their first album much at all, and I knew they were Armenian. It was only when they produced better stuff as time went on that I got more into them.
