Based on the trailer that you have posted, the little girl's Family Name is "d'Agostini."
It looks like a TV movie. The directors are Armenian.
      The directors' site

What if I find someone else when looking for you? My soul shivers as the idea invades my mind.

She says he is my ex.
They are conversing in Armenian (broken french/western) at the end of the first promo trailer. The little I gathered .... that she was married some "d'Agoxtini" most probably some eastern block "mafia" is getting the girl for money he ....????

Even the directors (brothers) website is crap. MP3 no proper visuals no explanation.

Yes, but, according to the "first promo trailer" - at 1:06 - the little girl is called Angeline d'Agostini; I'll let you decide whether it's an Armenian family or not???

It is Western Armenian, but does not sound French Armenian - probably, recent wave of (im)migration??? What puzzles me most, at the end of the trailer, is that particular usage of "vochinch" - in that context - that is typical of Armenians from (current) Armenia???
          Just curious, what sounds "broken???"

            L'héritage

Normally, I review/present a movie only when I'm willing to recommend it and/or it is of interest to us, as Armenians; "L'héritage," a movie by a Georgian director, falls (exclusively) in the second category.

It's the story of three French who travel to Georgia and, in a bus, encounter, and follow, an old man and his grandson travelling with a coffin to a village where he - the old man - is supposed to be murdered, in order to settle a family feud. The main reason - and probably only - I have watched it, is the fact that Georgia is Armenia's neighbor.

From a technical point of view, it looks like a decent/average European/American movie - most of the crew is French; the acting is OK/average - again, the main roles are played by French actors - probably, one of Sylvie Testud's worse performances???; the scenario/script is plain. Furthermore, it did not look authentic, and, despite that all seemed more "polished" that it may be in reality, Tbilisi, surprisingly, looked like a small provincial town in "ruins" - i.e. poorly maintained.
It's a movie that I would readily forget, and think that you won't miss much, if anything, if you don't watch it.

Listen carefully the first sentence where she mumbles in the middle of it and ends the sentence with bari instead of bargi. She is French Armenian, I say 2ed generation probably from Lyon or Grenoble ... she has that slight French accent none Parisian, probably BolsaHay her Parents migrated in the 50's?

The guy on the other hand I doubt it if he is Armenian. He is imitating well the language except he sounds to mechanical, it is not coming out natural like hers.

                1. At no point, she says neither "bari" nor "bargi;" the following is the transcript of the conversation

                (1:40) W: "Azad, intch bidi @nem hima bzdig@, hed@s bidi danim?"
                (1:44) M: "Hos bidi bargi"
(1:46) W: "Ter ganoukh eh hos bargelou hamar"
                (1:50) M: "Vochinch"

                2. I don't know if she's Bolsahay, from Lebanon, or....France; but I hear no "French Armenian" accent

It is true that he sounds a bit "rough," but does it mean that he may not be Armenian????

I saw "21" last week. The movie was quite good and had really nice pictures of Las Vegas but it didn't really get me too excited.

                  7/10

Consider some of his other movies, at least
                      - Umberto D.
                      - Sciuscià

We definitely need a Vittorio de Sica "tribute???"
