Good movie. Makes you think, but maybe I need to sit and watch it more closely next time. I was a little bit distracted this first time. Rating might go a little higher the second time around.
The last movie I watched is: Babam ve Oğlum (My Father and My Son).
It was emotional, it's about a young man who is one of the rebellious youth who has been politically active as a university student and who becomes a left-wing journalist in the 70's. It was interesting because the new generation in Türkiye doesn't know much about the 70's and 80's history. The movie taught us about feelings people had to go through under military rule. All of this is narrated by both the child and his grandfather. Beautiful. It has an emotional ending which made me cry. 9/10
Your theories are the worst kind of popular tripe, your methods are sloppy, and your conclusions are highly questionable.
TomServo, watch the movie called "Le (so-called) Génocide en Moi" and you'll understand what I mean, you'll see all that biased hype and trend I was refering to in that movie.
