We definitely need a separate forum for film.

I can think of so many threads we can make and I bet it would be more active than the Music forum.

We can have the "rate the last film you watched" thread dedicated to just that. A thread for us to predict box office openings/gross. A thread dedicated to a discuss of our favorite directors. We need this done!

            I can't, a moderator has to create a forum.

When you think about it, it's so logical. There's so much more discussions we can carry through. Especially if Siamanto becomes more active. I think most of all enjoy movies, even if it is for the sake of entertainment.

              Raja - 4 out of 5.

An aging, wealthy Frenchmen becomes fanatically infatuated with a 19 year old Moroccan servant girl. Quite depressed and yearning for a physical intimacy or just primitive sex with a young/virginal girl he becomes obsessed with an orphaned young girl, who in turn first exploits him and then falls in love. Both characters rely on faulty translations and there is a buildup of frustration. Fascinating character study and raw emotion and a very unexpected a terrific ending. It's really in the vein of a quintessential French cinema, saturated with drawn out relationships between people, ambiguous dialog and an unusual ending. The acting was fantastic and I become completely engulfed by the chemistry between the characters. It was perverse, uncomfortable, chauvinist, passionate, frustrating and beautifully crafted.

                    Stallone's excellent in that picture.

I've seen that movie like /;ds times, and I don't remember Stallone ever being in it.

                      Have you confused it with...?
