Maybe we just misunderstood each other. By 1 bar I mean 1.0 kg/cm2 boost pressure. This equals approx 14.7 PSI pounds of boost. 2.0kg/cm2 = approx 30psi which is not possible on a GM street car. Most factory cars boost between 9PSI to 14PSI. I believe the new EVOs and STIs may be boosting more. (16PSI or so).
anything near 16 psi gets dangerous a well.. there is to much pressure on the smaller engines.. even that diesel truck that someone posted a picture of. at 16.2 psi i think it was, i mean.. listen to the engine.. lol.. its gonna blow!
How do you hurt a masochist?

Heh. My low boost is set at 16PSI. My high boost is set at 20PSI. And its on a dinky 2.0L "small" engine.
I ran into this dude on the freeway today. He had skinnies on the rear tires, probably heading to palmdale or something. Anyhow he was driving too slow, so I couldnt really mess with him. Plus I didnt have my cam in the car.
