*His attack on her is hearsay. No witnesses, alone in woods.

*Possibly asked him to meet her in the woods to kill him, motives being

a) They were lovers, she dumped him, but he kept on being a love sick stalker, and she was sick of him

b) They were lovers and he cheated on her

c) They were together, but she wanted to leave him for someone else

d) she's just a pyscho who wanted to kill someone which is why she waited 3 months for the situation to escalate instead of just telling the police that she was being stalked.

Maybe for most these... other witnesses might have something to say about it. Seems like an awful lot of trouble to go through and then risk being thrown in jail. Why associate herself w/ the killing at all rather than hiding it?

You're wrong about the hearsay though. Her testimony is direct evidence. She will be in court and can testify to the events, so it's not hearsay. Only out of court statements are hearsay.

You're wrong about the hearsay though. Her testimony is direct evidence. She will be in court and can testify to the events, so it's not hearsay. Only out of court statements are hearsay.

What i mean is, we only have her word to take for it so it's biased and possibly a lie.
