Re: Free Palestine - The Struggle

    .

I have been following an interesting historical documentary about Giligia (Armenian TV).

The Giligian Kingdom had massive coastal fortifications, had a navy yet it did not survive.

The sad reality was that the odds were stacked too much against it. So is the situation with the Palestinians .

On the other hand the Israelis have ( currently) all the odds in their favour.

What is the difference between blockaded while a land-locked country and blockaded while having a SEA.

I would suggest the answer cannot be a SEA, it has to be something else, even a number of something else-es.

The Gaza people (State) have a SEA which Armenia does not have.
Maybe all those fellow Armenians who think having a SEA is a panacea may wish to reconsider their views again.
I do not wish to bring part of our history where we DID have a SEA which did not prevent our state from collapsing, I have in mind of course Giligia.

Of course the answer is deeper (than a SEA).

PS. I feel sorry for the Palestinians with SEA or not SEA.

Yeh i would say you nailed the nail on the head there. If you can get away with massmurder then hey might as well get ratings out of it from a bloodthirsty society you created. A good question is who or what is going to stop these bastards?

Especially since Israel has put so much effort into reducing ALL of its neighbours into poverty-stricken states run by fanatics and with less capability for modern warfare than neanderthals. They got rid of Iraq, they got rid of Libya, they got rid of Egypt, they have all but got rid of Syria, and the rest are isolated or are basket-cases. Part of the plan will be to reveal how puny and fanatical Israel's neighbours now are, so that America can disown those countries and their (Israeli-plotted) "Arab springs". This is the purpose of the present bombing of Gaza.

Let's hope Hamas can successfully deal with the Zionists!

Yep, and usually around election time...

The parallels between what is happening to the palastinians and what happened to us are very evident.

Israel's Iron Dome system fails to stop Palestinian rockets: Israeli report

More than 130 Palestinian rockets have been fired towards Israel over the past 24 hours, revealing the inefficiency of Israel’s Iron Dome missile system which has intercepted merely 27 of them.

    http://www.presstv.ir/detail/2012/11...-gaza-rockets/

The comments at the bottom are worth reading, especially the monetary value America and Israel spent on the missile shield system:

Cost of the Iron Dome: $50 million per battery and $62 thousand per missile. Cost of a Hamas rocket: $1 thousand. Iron Dome = FAIL

Each Iron Dome battery can hold 60 missiles. Total cost of a fully loaded battery: $53,720,000. So that is 60 Iron Dome missiles against 53,720 Hamas rockets.
