it's best to be funny when you're not trying too hard to be. and anyway, a lot can be learned from his books.

So why is Michael Moore a moron? Granted I don't agree with everything he says, but I wonder what methodology went into the mind of the hamburglar before he made a funny about Michael Moore.

hey politics is life. You should read "Dude where's my Country" That Michael Moore, he's pretty witty.
I am glad you enjoy politics as much as I do, but I must tell you. I am a hard core Republican. Michael Moore is the extreme appatimy of everything I am against (not everything). His arguements are valid, but in NO way sound. He does not articulate his arguements well, and he is not funny. I know about him, and he came to my school yesterday.

You should read "Why the Left Hates America" By Dan Flynn. Thats a good book.

Actually, i meant that as HEY 'politics is life' dude <-- it was like i was calling you.

When it comes to politics i am more lost than a mouse in a maze made of cheese. Basically, i don;t know my head from my @$$.

Most of the time I think politics sucks. Sorry.

However, I did enjoy reading both of Michael Moores books, and I don't really align myself with any party these days (except for the one down the block, I hear the DJ is going to be awesome,) so maybe I will try to read the book you suggest.

I think an uninformed voter is worse than a non-voter. Since I would rather not gather my opinions from the media and instead gather core information myself before choosing a 'side' in the battle of politics and I don;t have any time to do such research right now, I basically choose to stay out of politics....

I just liked the book. It was the only thing in the car on a long trip to vegas with my family so I read it out of boredom.

            It made me laugh.

            I just sounded retarded.

            lol

Anyway, someday I will figure it all out, but for now, politics is not a game I play. I am just a sometimes-interested viewer...

Your post was funny, one of the only funny ones I have read. The party down the street made me laugh for a few minutes. ( I am actually still laughing).

Your excuse for being uninformed is the same as everyone elses excuse. Its not that you dont have time. You are lazy. Media, and involvment are the only sources.

I urge you to read this, it is only a few pages. I know you have time to read it. www.cagop.org That is the California Republican Party platform, and the parties platform in general. You should also try to find the democratic platform, or any other party you might be interested in. Just look on google. However I will not provide links for those parties because I disagree with them, but i urge you to check them out.

                Who you callin' lazy??

Without providing the forum with my resume (), suffice it to say if I had time I would enrich my mind body and soul on the subject that is politics. After all, my brother finds himself knee deep running presidential campaigns, so I should learn a thing or two to humor him as well, right?

As I said before, I am all for reading up on this and that and whatever else regarding politics. When I figure out which wagon I'm jumping on, I will tell you. But for now, cancer research is my life and my life is cancer research (as well as making people laugh/smile, so I am mucho much glad I was able to put a smile on your face, that made my lunch hour today :-D), so unless politics is paying the bill for a new drug I will be testing, for now at least, all I will be able to do is read about it from time to time.

Anyway, thanks for the link :-D Perhaps if it wouldn't bore everyone else on the board you can tell me what persuaded you to e such a gung-ho republican. Don't try to convince, just inform. And if it too much for our forum friends to handle, then just provate message me.

                Have a great day people!!

And remember, give a person a smle, it may be the only one they get all day....
