How contradictory. Finding proof to disprove a point made in class is a form of question asking, and answer finding.

Anything strewn from the mouth of philosopher is credible to you without questioning. The hallmark of a gullible person. You probably lacked someone to converse deep questions. You chose philosophy to feel better about yourself, so you can find answers to fill the the empty void. You criticise so much, yet you never offer a solution. Just because professors claim something, does not mean it is true. Their interpretations are strewn in class lectures. You are obviously not majoring in a humanities degree. You are probably in some sort of science or a linguistics program where you do not encounter some problem.

Your willingness to believe what a person says based on their title shows me that you are afraid of authority.

If I was to take a stand on the war based on what people told me, then I suppose I wouuld have to agree with the war. My 3 professors tell me I am wrong ( not personally, I dont talk to my professors but they bash on the war all the time) yet the President tells me I am right, and so do 3/4 of all the other Americans. That leaves you, professors some forum members and hippies who think they are enlightened and blinded by liberal hypocrisy and lies.
