How do you clean puke?

I threw up on my floor, I cleaned it, yet it still smells nasty. It has been 4 days...what do I do to get rid of it?

Tonight, I am going to use oven cleaner and vinegar mixed!!! And acid and a base forms a nuetral. Therefore....i dont know.

It was red wine, all sorts of other alcohol, and remnents of a peanutbutter and jelly sandwhich.
